Been using them for awhile now because not a lot of reasonably priced alternatives in Singapore. Delivery is very slow and if the package is undelivered to recipient you will never get the package returned back to you. Has happened 3 times already. If you are a business. Please don't use this shipping company

This company doesn't know when it doesn't know where your parcel is !!! It seems very clear why they claim 100% carbon neutral. It is because the parcels don't go anywhere. Hopeless. And not a company to trust with your parcels Update 5th May Wow the support link is so helpful. Basically contact your retailer - code for it’s not our issue it’s yours!

I had a package sent by an eBay seller from the US to me in Ireland using Asendia which based on a lot of the feedback here had me concerned. I was able to get through to Asendia customer support in the US and spoke to a very nice helpful lady who explained the shipping process and put my mind at ease. My package arrived safe and sound today.

I've never come across ASENDIA, before, and I never want to, again! It is unfortunate that Ebay use them for international shipping. I have waited over 6 weeks for an item to arrive. Asendia do not have a customer support number you can ring, and I am not surprised. I contacted them via their message app, which was re-routed, and finally got a useless reply telling me that the package was in transit. They did not answer my question as to where the package is, which gives me little hope. Asendia - please don't bother with the usual "On rare occasions parcels can be delayed or misrouted and we are sorry for when this is the case and for any inconvenience caused."

Looks like another “rare occasion” of complete incompetence by this delivery company. The same as thousands of other “rare occasions” as per the reviews. Very unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent people to deal with.

I used Qxpress to send out international deliveries from Singapore to USA and their shipping partner is Asendia. Qxpress has handed over 3 of my parcels to Asendia on 12th of April, but apparently its been sitting in the Asendia warehouse in Singapore and not being scanned or processed for departure at all. More than 10 days has passed and Asendia only has the "label created " update on the tracking website. No One picks up the phone or answers the contact form I've sent. All 3 packages are of high value . Please get someone to check on the Singapore ascendia branch cause they cant even be bothered to answer our queries'. I've checked with qxpress and they confirmed packages were already handed over to Asendia on the 12th of April. One of the packages tracking number : ASSG30001204554721

What a terrible company. I ordered a package from ebay's global shipping programme (door-to-door) and ebay appear to use Ascendia. I contacted Ascendia's customer support to try and locate my package and they suggested i go to my local post office! Useless.

Ordered on March 14th, made it to an international depot and said in transit on March 24th. No update since then, it's now April 21st. Customer service responded and said it's in transit..clearly a canned response. I replied but they never responded to the reply. Terrible courier company, terrible customer service

Archaic delivery times. Their sole job is to deliver packages and they do just an absolutely god awful terrible job at that. Expect anything they touch to take at least 2 weeks if not much more to arrive if at all. Update stuff arrived slowly but in tact. i upgraded by my rating based on this but i still think the tracking and delivery times could stand to be improved.

Service déplorable. Colis non livré à l'adresse enregistrée. Impossibilité de joindre le service client. Numéro 3234 indiqué comme étant gratuit mais c'est payant (0.40cts la minute) et le pire le message c'est bienvenue chez Darty. Page web non accessible car précisé mise à jour. Donc il est impossible de les joindre par un autre moyen et de faire une réclamation. "Merci de ne pas me répondre en anglais avec vos réponses type".

Leider warte ich auch schon seit 17 Tagen auf die Auslieferung meines Pakets aus den USA. Es wurde von Detroit nach Paris geschickt und dann als „departed“ deklariert. Und weg ist es seitdem. Allerdings muss ich den Mitarbeiter der Hotline loben, der sich jetzt bemüht, Licht ins Dunkel dieser Odyssee zu bringen. Vielleicht wird es ja doch noch was. Kommt mein Paket doch noch an, werde ich nochmal schreiben.

J'ai commencer des colis sur tenu depuis la 4 avril,le 9 avril colis arrivé a l'aereport de suisse et dedouaniers . Aujourd'hui le 12 avril et toujours rien,les suivis des articles est incorrecte. Avant c'etait DpD qui gerais les distributions les services etait rapide et correct.. Je pense ne plus commander chez Temu, services pitoyable.

Ik heb 26 maart een pakket besteld wat er 5/9 dagen over zou doen om bezorgd te worden. Inmiddels is het 12 april en heb ik het nogsteeds niet binnen. Volgens de tracking informatie die ik heb gekregen is mijn pakket van Spanje (waar ik het besteld heb) naar Duitsland gegaan. Om vervolgens weer een trip naar Spanje en weer terug naar Duitsland te gaan. Dit slaat toch helemaal Nergens op…

I have been TRYING to contact this “company” for MANY times which is something I don’t normally do and never have done in the past because I had no issues like this. This is the only company I had a problem with because at first they barely replied without saying OR doing anything useful despite being their duty to do so because THEY failed to provide the needed documents to customs. My parcel has been stuck in customs since 22nd of March because the customs need additional documents to release the parcel. That’s what eBay told me and I’m still trying to contact ASENDIA USA about what happened, did they provide the needed additional documents and NOONE FROM ASENDIA USA IS REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES ANYMORE!! I WANT YOU TO REPLY TODAY AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM TODAY! This is YOUR FAULT not the seller not anyone else! I’m waiting for a resolution and an UPDATE today! I have never had such a BAD experience with any other company. Parcel number EEUS008132384GR0 Also if you are going to reply to me below don’t put a bot reply and actually help me so that I can finally get my parcel.

J'ai commandé un article 180 euros sur Aliexpress le 6 janvier 2024 et mon colis était censé être livré avec Asendia. JE N'AI AUCUNE IDÉE DE OÙ SE TROUVE CE COLIS VOUS DEVRIEZ AVOIR HONTE. les gens travaillent pour avoir cet argent vous escroquez des milliers de personnes.

Been waiting since March 4th for an item that clearly has gone missing and is nowhere to be found. Why does ebay use this garbage service? Like the pandemic has mostly died down at this point how are you 10+ business days behind in shipping stuff when every other postal service/company is not experiencing these issues. My parcel arrived today from Poland within the delivery period given, via ascendia/royal mail. Found tracking very good it was updated at regular periods so was always aware of where the parcel was. Ken P

Ho acquistato 1 film in Blu-ray in UK tramite eBay: è stato consegnato dal venditore a MHI che successivamente ha dato il pacchetto ad Asendia (La Poste & Swiss post) che me lo ha fatto recapitare tramite il postino dopo circa 10 giorni lavorativi . Non ho pagato alcun sovrapprezzo (capita nel pacchi da UK)
