Canada | 04 March 2024How are you even a delivery company??? Your delivery service is so bad that I don't even want to order from Thriftbooks.com. THRIFTBOOKS, if you are reading this for the love of dog please change your courier. If this is your only courier, I just cannot order from you any longer because receiving these packages has been like pulling teeth. I missed my delivery because they apparently had they had the wrong number. OK FINE. I was never prompted but I reached out to the chat to fix it. SECOND ATTEMPT, for some reason AGAIN same excuse, don't have my number despite me giving my number this time. I've sent in a request and there has been no word. The chat feature is now disabled and I only have access to emailing them? This doesnt make any sense. No businesss should ever consider working with them because it makes customers not even want to order through them if you have to deal with Ascendia. The driver doesn't even bother to walk out of the van to see the note that I had left them in case I missed their phone call.

Singapore | 03 March 2024Update : Asendia SG found the parcel and departed it 5 march but then the tracking didn’t update again until suddenly the recipient received on 12 mar. Oh well, glad parcel was not missing. Upgraded the rating to 2 stars. Asendia UK replied me the next day but not Asendia SG LK077204288FR (SG to CA) Our local courier qexpress tracking indicated parcel was handed to Asendia since 26 Feb 24. 1 wk has passed and status has not changed to departed. This is my 3rd parcel with Asendia and getting worried with it. My first two parcels with them had no issues. Wrote to both qexpress and Asendia 3 days ago but no reply. Had to resought to this platform. Pls look into this asap as this parcel is important to buyer and most items are irreplaceable.

United Kingdom | 01 March 2024I ordered a parcel via Free People - it was coming via Asendia. I went to track the parcel which I ordered over a week ago, and it said "parcel STOLEN." I couldn't believe it- how can a parcel be stolen from a safe and secure depot?! I have been ordering parcels for years and this has NEVER happened to me before. I also never received an update from Asendia, I had to track the parcel myself to see this information. Asendia should have been in touch with me to let me know about this immediately, and to reassure I'd be getting a refund for my stolen parcel.....I tried ringing them, no one answers their customer service line. En el rastreo del pedido me dice que la dirección que di está incorrecta/ incompleta direccion, pero la dirección que puse la verifiqué y es REAL, y correcta. No es la primera vez que me entregan un pedido a esta dirección. Germany | 28 February 2024Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit Asendia, schon dass zweite mal dass ich etwas aus Amerika bestelle, es mehr als 28 Tage in Anspruch nimmt und ich keine System Aktualisierung bekomme oder Meldung was los ist. In beiden Fällen hieß es angeblich dass die Ware verloren gegangen ist. Asendia scheint nicht dazu fähig zu sein, ihren Job vernünftig zu verrichten, von daher gebe ich nur 1☆ zählt als 0.

United Kingdom | 24 February 20241 star is too many! I ordered a book through Biblio to be fulfilled by Asendia. From US to UK. It never even made it out of America, they lost it almost immediately. Not inputted into their system, refused to do a physical/manual search for the package. Absolutely no care for the fact this was VERY important to me. Refuse to answer any of my emails. Just recieved a refund out of the blue (from Biblio) - no explanation, not even a half-hearted apology and still no reply to my emails. Quite literally one of the worst international couriers in the entire world! Sellers and buyers alike, BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COURIER if you value your merchandise. If you're forced to use them (like I was) prepare for disappointment. They definitely WILL let you down. Oh and Asendia, don't insult me further by posting a generic reply to this review like you have for every other poor soul who's left you a bad review. No, "we ship millions of packages blah blah very rarely things get lost blah blah" and certainly no "we understand your frustration blah blah blah" these are empty words, and I'm not interested. The reviews for your company speak for themselves. Yea, you loosing people's precious cargo is so "rare" that over 80% of your reviews are awful! So save your pathetic excuses for someone who might believe them. Have a great day!

Nous sommes le 23 février et aucune réponse de leur part concernant les réclamations que j'ai fait via leur plateforme de contact incompétente... Je me retrouve sans colis et sans indemnisation... à fuir de toute urgence!!!!

Switzerland | 19 February 2024My parcel was sent by the shop on January 19th and somehow stays ,,dispatched by Asendia‘‘ since January 23rd. Means in a few days, it will be a month without any updates! I asked for answers, becuase I NEED my stuff and they seriously told me to check the tracking link.. I mean wow, thank you Dr. Obvious, it's not like I do this on a daily base?! At least give me a realistic delivery schedule or tell me what's the problem, so that I at least know what I'm about, ffs !! Now I had to re-order my working materials elswhere now, which of course costs me a big freakin' bucket of coins, but hey, who cares..? Asendia certainly doesn't. And it is NOT the first time that I'm making this experience and I'm freakin' sick of it!

Switzerland | 16 February 2024in der schweiz wird die deutsche wochenzeitung "die zeit" durch asendia verteilt. seit monaten fehlt jeweils die separate (lose) beilage, das "zeit magazin". jedesmal reklamiere ich beim abo-dienst der "zeit", der das fehlende magazin nachliefert. bei anderen zeitschriften und presseerzeugnissen, die nicht durch asendia verteilt werden, klappt die zustellung problemlos!

Invece a questo giro purtroppo il pacco che risultava consegnato io non l’ho mai trovato. L’azienda da cui ho fatto l’acquisto mi farà il rimborso ma non è giusto perché loro non c’entrano niente!

Israel | 15 February 2024EDIT: Two weeks later the package is still exactly where it was on Feb 15 - In transit to Switzerland. Ridiculous. My package was handed to this horrible company on 16/1, they managed to ship it only on 31/1. Since then from Germany it went to France, then back to Germany, then AGAIN to France. In the meantime, while in transit it shows as... freakin' Switzerland!!! I contacted support twice, no one bothers to get back to me. AVOID AT ALL COST!
