Spedizione di un pacco delicato dall'olanda all'Italia fermo da 4 giorni in Germania. Consegna stimata dall'ordine 13 giorni (sempre se arriva), che vergogna!!!.

I didn't get any response to my original email, and then I reached out to another email from your site and they weren't helpful and told me to email their customer service email to receive a faster response. I said I had and never heard back from that email (I never got a response to that email either) and then finally I got a response to my original email today, 7 business days after my original inquiry. The package hasn't received any scans for 2 full weeks and they said that they will look into it. We already had to replace the order for the customer, so it's not really helpful at this point.

The most miserable company on the planet - they should arrest their whole management team and the crap company should pay 10.000.-€ penalty for each day of late deliveries, disgusting approach to enter tracking data and total ignorance towards customers. Any company selling products and using them should be punished as well.

Terrible! En plus d'être 2 fois plus lent que les autres services, les colis disparaissent ou repartent dans leur pays d'origine sans explication. Mon colis LK033309660FR est arrivé en France en Janvier, est resté un temps sur place puis est reparti aux US. Aucune explication. Toujours marqué comme "en douane" sur le site de suivi de La Poste, "en route" pour USPS.

What a joke, my order from aliexpress CNFR9010099472960HD/LZ880142435FR was with this company, it was fast to arrive to france, but it has been stuck with "wrong adress" can't deliver. Guess what, it's a decathlon warehouse, we receive thousands of orders of "la poste" which is the service ascendia uses. When you contact 3631 by phone which is la poste and open a claim you always recive an email saying that since you are not the expeditor they can't do nothing. They even tell me by phone that it may be lost or stollen but never update tracking to not have responsabily. I tried contacting by the form here, zero answer. Now I am without a 156eur phone, no refund from aliexpress (order nr 3031176406301741). I already repported ascendia to aliexpress, and hope no one has these issues, already lost hours on the phone and chat to solve with no solution

Pakket zou ABC moeten bevatten. Krijg XYZ. Via het contactformulier contact gezocht maar na 2 weken nog geen reactie. En een bericht van vorig jaar is ook nog niet behandeld. What the ****.

Never received my order, 1 week delay and finally said delivered but I received anything another week after. I tired to contact them to know where my parcel is, but only I got an 'It's delivered double check your neighbor.'

This is ridiculous! I have 3 orders through Asendia. 1 from March 1st and 2 from March 4th that still aren’t here !!!! An order that from other companies takes 10 business days MAX! Called my company I order from and the one from the 1st is lost. Haven’t heard where the other 2 are. Terrible I’ve now taken a huge financial loss as I needed those products for the 1st of April.

Via les envois postaux provenant de l’international, cette entreprise , qui en fait EST UNE FILIALE DE LA POSTE, vous réclame des frais de douanes , et cela même si elle ne vous a pas livré vos colis ou lettres. Ces frais ne SONT PAS DES FRAIS DE DOUANE , il y a donc abus de langage et tromperie mais malheureusement la France leur donne un passe droit pour abuser des citoyens. En effet, après avoir pris contact avec les services de douane, qui dépendent vraiment de l'Etat , il s'avère de source sûre que les colis Asendia ne passe pas par la Douane, mais qu'on vous impute ici des frais qui ne correspondent à rien de particulier mais qui sont par la magie encore une fois de l'escroquerie ,obligatoires ! Une honte absolue, encore une preuve que La Poste est un service, qui malgré l'ouverture à la concurrence en 2011 fait la pluie et le beau temps avec nos courriers. Un service dont la qualité est en constante baisse, avec des facteurs qui n'en sont plus ( mais de simples intérimaires sans avenir et sans conscience pro ), et qui souvent ne vous livrent pas, dont les prix sont sans cesse à la hausse alors que les concurrents tirent leur épingles du jeu , et surtout avec un service client délocalisé en Afrique et sous-formé puisque de toute façon vous n'obtiendrais jamais gain de cause, toujours en toute impunité. Ce n'est pas une note de 1 mais bien de ZERO , dans l'attente que l'Etat puisse enfin punir ces escrocs.

Fuyez cet entreprise à tout prix, c'est des branleurs, des bras cassés, ils respectent pas leur délai, donne jamais de nouvelles, perdent des colis etc..

Do not trust this "company" if you want your legit business to work . My item is stuck for days not and was supposed to arrive yesterday . I have lost out on money and i hope this is not going to happen to others . Please BE AWARE, YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES with this company if you have a business.

Assendia ist katastrophal Pakette liegen 5 und mehr Tage rum oder werden nicht abgeholt bei einer Bewertung sollte mann eine -1 geben und über DPD bestellen schneller und zuverlässiger

Asendia tracking is very slow and uninformative. Why or how this company exists is puzzling to the writer. It appears that their poor performance is not isolated as illustrated by the 1.6 out of 5 average review and the statement " Bad " . The writer has extensive experience as a " casual importer " and this is the worst performance the writer has seen. In this case a score less than 1 is warranted

Jeg bedte min forsender om at sende en pakke med en ny fragtfirma, nemlig fordi DHL og PostNord har mistet min pakke og ikke ved hvor den er havnet. Min pakke blev sendt med Asendia som jeg aldrig havde hørt om. Pakken ankom efter bare en uge. Asendias Track- and Trace er meget rodet. Min pakke hopper fra 4 forskellige lande i løbet af få timer og afhentningsstedet var forvirret over hvor min pakke var, heldigvis blev den fundet. I burde få styr på jeres tracking.

No updates to tracking whatsoever, 3 weeks and each time I contact the vendor they tell me it's in the hands of the courier. Brutal service
