Thanks Asendia. Received all 3 of my packages. They are delivered by USPS to Singapore and handed over to Singpost and I received all of them in less than 20 days. Asendia does not deliver the items so you guys should check who is delivering your items. I recommend you guys to download the app called 'Parcels: Track Your Packages' It provides more infomation about where your item is.

J'ai passé ma commande depuis le 30/05/2023 et le 31/05/2023 on me dit que ça a quitté Asendia et depuis plus rien et là on est le 20/06/2023, même pas d'arriver dans le pays destinataire. Alors sauf si ça existe des avions qui stagne dans les airs pendant quasi 1 mois je comprend pas pourquoi j'ai pas de suivi !

Im living in Denmark and brought some clothes from a reliable swedish company on june 6th. It has been at a german Asendias hub since june 12th. I can track my parcel, and it took 5 days before status moved to "in transit"....thats where its been since june 17'th. Looks like this is a common issue, looking at the worst trust pilot review I have ever seen. Is Asendia shut down for the summer? This is a horrid and probably evil company abusing the good faith of people and manipulating them into opening a PayPal account without wanting to do so by luring them to a page to pay tax and duties by credit card and then forcing the customer into giving all kinds of personal information and opening a PayPal account unwillingly. Evil, evil, evil!

1ère expérience.... NUL.. Colis envoyé des US le 26/04 et à la date d'aujourd'hui, le 16/06, rien... pas d'info, pas de suivi, j'ai voulu appeler sans succès..bientôt 2 mois et toujours rien.. On est censé attendre combien de temps avant une info, une livraison, une excuse!?? Inadmissible!! A EVITER!!!

My parcel has left delivery Center in USA since 8 June, yet there are no updates. Looks like it is in France now, but not at all tracable in French post.. Please help to investigate. Tracking number AHOY1DGYPTYD New Tracking number LK032120906FR UPDATE : (07/03/2023) I would like to thank for the response and acknowledge that, I received the good, in very good shape, in the week of 19th, as was stated the response from Asendia.

after reading so many negative reviews i was really worried but who ever needs help just add a review on this website yourself and they really help you out with epic response time ngl don't get scared this asendia ain't as bad as people say and dw i was paid😭

My package was never delivered and there was no attempt at 10:45AM on the 12th. Now, it says that it is at the "delivery centre" but there is no address so I have no idea what location it is talking about. Spedizione creata il 2 giugno 2023, ritirato il 6 giugno, irrintracciabile dal 9 giugno. Doveva essere consegnato in data 12. In data 14 giugno è irrintracciabile. Scritto al servizio clienti il 13 giugno, e ancora nessuna risposta.

Colis jamais reçu, l’envoyeur ne veut pas me rembourser. J’ai perdu 35€. asendia sont mal honnête et des flemmards. J’ai eu 0 coup de téléphone. Ne me dites pas de voir avec le dernier transporteur, c’est Asendia qui gère. Ne passez pas par eux ce sont des voleurs et des flemmards.

J’ai commandé sur Amazon,je suis au Canada livré par ascendia,au Québec personne ne connaît cette compagnie pourtant on me dit que mon colis a été livré et je n’ai rien reçu,impossible de joindre cette compagnie par téléphone,alors je me demande dans quel pays a été livré mon colis. Aucun détails sur la livraison juste livré c’est tout!! Une autre compagnie de broche à foin

Ils ont perdu mon colis, ils l'ont marqué comme livré sauf que je n'ai rien reçu. Ils ont même osé mettre que j'avais signé la réception j'étais même pas là. Asendia By la poste ça ne m'étonne pas.. n'attendez pas d'eux une solution ils se dédouane de tout.

Bonjour, Je signale également ma stupéfaction sur deux points concernant la gestion de livraison de ma commande: commande confirmée le 31/05/23. information reçue par Asendia le 02/06/23. Depuis aucune nouvelle nouvelle pour m'informer du suivi du colis. Le statut est le même sur le site Asendia Tracking. Franchement, quand est-ce que mon colis va arriver ?? A la base c'était pour offrir un cadeau d'anniversaire au 10/06/23. 10 jours pour envoyer un colis, c'est correct et j'aurais accepté un peu de retard voire une réception le 12/06/23. Mais sans nouvelles, c'est inadmissible et inquiétant. Cdt, Philippe.

Et rebelote deuxième colis envoyé par Asendia et depuis le 16 mai il est dans la nature et même problème que mon premier colis égaré et après avoir fait le 3631 même réponse que pour mon que pour mon n’envoi précédent incapable de vous répondre. Je ne comprends même pas pourquoi cette société continue à transporter des colis puisque aucun n’arrive au destinataire. Société lamentable.
