What's the point ? Got a tracking number & it says 'delivered' but we're an open shop, and no one dropped anything in. So where is our parcel ? As we are open the time it says dropped off, but we didn't recieve anything & no reply to e-mails.

I live in Perth, Australia and had my friend send me a package from Singapore using Qxpress on the 3rd of June. It has been at an Asendia sorting facility in Melbourne since June 14th. I have been in contact with Fastway/Aramex, they have received a notification for the parcel but not the actual parcel itself. It has been stuck for over 3 weeks now. Tried contacting Asendia multiple times using their support forms, never a single response, not even an automated one. Please help!!! Pointless, the tracking makes no sense, and it's telling me my item has been delivered, when it clearly has not. There is a reason they have so many negative reviews. And giving everyone the same Cut N Paste reply is just another kick in the teeth & shows how little you really care.

Es una basura de empresa, desaparecieron el pedido no son capaces de rastrearlo, son una partida de ladrones no entiendo como un paquete que sale de USA viaja hasta Londres y termina con los franceses si va para Colombia (desapareció en Francia). Es realmente indignante que casi todas las quejas contra esta basura de empresa sean de LATAM lo peor de todo es que se lavan las manos descargando la responsabilidad en los vendedores con reembolsos que en todo caso provocan pérdida de dinero y tiempo para los consumidores. Esta basura de empresa debería de dejar de ofrecer sus servicios en LATAM.

No había movimientos en el seguimiento, por tanto no sabía donde estaba el paquete. He contactado por el formulario que hay en la página y no he recibido respuesta. El paquete sí ha llegado, pero el seguimiento sigue estando con fecha 19 de junio. Con este servicio el cliente se encuentra frustrado y sin saber qué hacer.

I bought a phone from eBay on May 16th to be sent from the US to Colombia. Aparently the package left Chicago on June 25th and the last update that appears is from July 4th, and it just says In Transit location not available. It is July 13th now, meaning the package has been in transit for over 50 days and I have no idea whether is going to arrive or not. He recibido paquetes desde estados unidos a Colombia y nunca habían tardado tanto como pasa con Asendia. El paquete se envió desde el 1 de junio, el 13 salió del país de origen, y ahora parece estar dándose una gira mundial, pasando por Francia, Inglaterra y luego en alguna ubicación desconocida desde el 20 de junio. Los he contactado 2 veces y no sirvió de nada. Cuando les pregunto dónde está mi paquete no me refiero a si está en tránsito o no, me refiero a literalmente DÓNDE ESTÁ, para eso sirve el tracking; si no pueden contestarle esa simple pregunta a sus clientes en pleno 2023 mejor dejen este negocio y así le evitan malos ratos a la gente. De verdad no entiendo cómo hay vendedores que siguen eligiendo a asendia sabiendo que es una empresa tan mediocre, si hubiera sabido que mi paquete iba a ser enviado con ustedes nunca lo hubiera comprado.

I ordered off Walmart and when I type in my tracking number, it says that my package is not found. I recently got an email from Walmart saying my package was on the way. Bei Aliexpress am 15.4.23 Ware im Wert von 389 EURO bestellt. Leider hat sich Aliexpress für Ascendia als Lieferunternehmen entschieden. Die Ware ist bis heute 22.06.23 nicht geliefert worden. Laut Tracking irgendwo hängen geblieben. Ascendia antwortet auf Nachfrage nicht. Kein Kontakt möglich. Schlichtweg eine Katastrophen-Firma. Ascendia hört doch einfach auf zu existieren. Ihr seit es nicht Wert nur einen Gedanken an euch zu verschwenden !
