Tracking number: EEUS001500219PH0 Package has been sitting there since May 9th (over 1 month waiting in one spot, nearly 2 months total shipping time) Contacted our local post office and customs. The package simply doesnt exist. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a bag from Amazon Kipling UK store and the delivery was handled by this company. Amazon tracking has been showing the item is expected to be delivered today so I've been waiting at home for the whole day but nothing comes. I just went to Amazon website and from my order list I can see the shipping status of the item is still "Package is out for delivery", but when I clicked into the order of this item, it says the package was delivered yesterday at 5pm!! I've been at home the whole day both today and yesterday but no delivery at all! What a fraud! Kipling UK sent items via DHL before and DHL always made the delivery on time and the tracking info accurate. This Asendia is such a scam.

I bought my package on like may 25th and it still has not arrived. My tracking number is EEUS001991870CA0 please let me know what is going on. If I have to pay extra to get it shipped through a different service I will gladly do that. The service I am receiving through asendia is very worrisome.

I was quite worried because of the reviews posted here but I’m glad that it actually came. The package was a bit damaged but the items in there were fine.

Tracking UY014885426FR I placed an order a month ago (UY014885426FR) which was sent but not delivered. In the shipment confirmation email I received from the website, stated that “my shipment would be delivered in the next 7 - 11 working days” but unfortunately 30 days later I’m still waiting for the delivery, update, or any information related to my package. While checking the status of my shipment from the site I made the purchase, says it was “DELIVERED” but I haven’t had any update from my purchase to date. I tried to track it directly from the Asendia website but it just shows that my package is stuck in another different city since May 13th with, repeatedly, no further details or movement. I would highly appreciate any updates regarding of my package, some guarantee that will be shipped to my address as soon as possible or reason behind the delay and lack of information. It’s my first time expecting a package delivery from Asendia, unfortunately this is an unnecessary disappointing first impression with the service, thank you for reading.

My package #AWG10000000466453 has not had any updates since may 22nd! I ordered through Amazon and didn’t expect to get scammed with not getting my package!! I cant even check on where my package is through the asendia site. It states “item can’t be found.” I want some clarification on this and I want my package. My package was also supposed to come on the 5th and it’s the 8th

I have not received my parcel from you, and when I use the so called contact formula, I get no reply. When I post my experience here on Trustpilot, you delete it. Package not moved since 26-5/2023. Not possible to call anyone to clarify what is going on, always a good indicator of a bad company.

Pueden porfavor dejar de escribir respuestas genéricas!!!, quiero una explicación coherente de porqué los paquetes con destino a Colombia no aparecen o no hay información sobre ellos, tengo 1 paquete que cumple 3 meses desde que fue enviado y nunca llegó a Colombia!! Asendia es una estafa, desaparecen los paquetes y después dicen que tenemos que contactar con el vendedor, cuando Asendia es la que se encarga del trámite y envio del paquete, que sentido tiene!!! Package has been stuck in Eindhoven for a long time now, with no response from the so called support. RV001009235FR A shipment from the Netherlands to Denmark should not take this long. An order from hhv.de with ups took only 2 days to arrive.

I have A LOT of parcels stuck with Asendia. Qxpress doesnt pass to Singpost anymore and pass it to Asendia instead. Since “customs clearance” on 20th May, ZERO updates till now. Example of one tracking: QSP144881934 I have a lot a lot of parcels like this, and will gladly write another review with many more tracking numbers. My customers are all asking me for updates. I have wrote into Asendia twice with no reply. Their contact form don’t have an email portion so how they gonna get back to me anyway??!!

My parcel tracking S00002590814 to Australia has not moved for 9 days and they’ve had it since the 11 of May, it’s still in the USA after all this time. What’s worse is the lack of response to my emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Maybe you should respond to emails then we wouldn’t have to resort to leaving negative reviews. I paid over $200USD for shipping and this delay and level of service is unacceptable.
