(ho fatto questo account solo per scrivere questa recensione, per aiutare qualcuno e per non farsi imbrogliare.) - Il 28 aprile ho acquistato una maglia del mio artista preferito (Kordhell), tra l'altro dal sito ufficiale. Da lì ho ricevuto una E-mail da Asendia affermando che abbia preso in carico il mio ordine, ma dal 4 maggio non ho più ricevuto aggiornamenti. La data in cui ho scritto questa recensione è il 29 maggio, e ancora oggi non ho ricevuto il mio pacco o cambiamenti sullo stato dell'ordine (che da come detto prima, è fermo dal 4 maggio su "partito dalla struttura Asendia"). Era una cosa a cui tenevo particolarmente, grazie per il pessimo servizio Asendia. Oltretutto, inutile dire che il cosiddetto "servizio clienti" sia inesistente. Spero sia utile a chi abbia dei dubbi riguardo a questo scadente "corriere".

Il mio pacco sarebbe dovuto essere consegnato tra il 22 maggio e il 24 maggio (ieri), ovviamente non è arrivato e il pacco è scomparso dal 17 maggio quando ha lasciato la struttura Asendia di Barcellona. Sono estremamente amareggiata, ho contattato il servizio clienti e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta!! Vorrei sapere dove è il mio pacco!!!! Tracking # LS416996638CH: Well... My package was sent last April 26th and it had the usual movements until May 3rd where its just said "Dispatched by US Carrier" and no further updates to date. I am already getting worried as this is not the first time this type of situation happened. My previous order (from a different vendor) was sent thru Asendia and same thing. The status got stuck at "dispatched by US carrier" and never arrived my address after more than 8 weeks until I just reported to seller. I hope this current package does not have the same fate as my previous one. Asendia is probably the worst courier service I have ever encountered. It used to be okay but now its just really holding your breath and hoping it actually arrives to you given the unreliability of this company.

Very poor communication and slow shipping. I bought from a seller in Singapore who used Qxpress as a courier. Qxpress handed over the package to Asendia to deliver to the US. At first, the Asendia tracking showed UPS as a vendor, then it now shows IBC as a vendor. The tracking number for IBC doesn’t work at all. Now, I have no way of tracking my package. It is stuck at “customs clearance completed” in the US with no additional updates. Normally, Qxpress would use Singpost. I would’ve received my package by now if Singpost was used instead of Asendia. This package is time-sensitive, too. Original tracking number: C7870582SGUS

Mein Paket wurde am 19. bzw. 20. April versendet, bis heute auf meine Nachfrage (Anfang Mai..) beim Support keine Nachricht bekommen, auch nach mehreren Anruf-Versuchen ist keiner dran gegangen. Kundenservice sieht anders aus. ASDE30001447723811

Déjà 2 colis perdus. Heureusement que l'expéditeur me rembourse. (Momox et my little box en mars) Voilà que j'attends encore 2 colis depuis 20 jours. (Momox et my little box) Tellement déçue que je ne commanderai plus chez momox à cause d'asendia. Je n'avais jamais eu de soucis avant.

Pakket heeft status ‘arrived at destination’ maar ik heb geen idee waar het pakket is. Tracking UY300141085FR. Oorsprong USA. Geprobeerd deze op alle reguliere sites in te vullen maar zonder succes. Graag aangeven waar mijn pakket is! Na meerdere dagen nog geen reactie mogen ontvangen via het contactformulier, zeer verontrustend.

Thanks to Lori Stevenson at Asendia for doing a great job with one of my clients. After I called Lori, she emailed and got the phone with them to make sure they were taken care of in a timely matter. She figured out the problem and got it fixed.

Their "cheaper" shipping service actually costs more than USPS, and ends up taking several times longer. Every time I've had something shipped by them has been an unpleasant experience, of watching it be re-delivered and arrive at several different facilities after the USPS unfortunately passes it to them instead of it going where it should. It basically get shipped twice when you use Asendia. While costing more than the USPS just for small objects. Ebay has made a terrible mistake
