United Kingdom | 06 March 2025The is my first order for flowers to be delivered. The on-line ordering process was simple. I requested that the flowers be delivered one day prior to the event,which was just as well because the Royal Mail messed up. They sent the order to the wrong location. After correcting their error, the order was ultimately delivered to the correct address on the day of the event. The flowers were fresh, and looked lovely. I am very happy with "Bunches", who cannot be blamed for the error, and intend to use them again.

I know the flowers are always great as the recipients are always very, very happy when their flowers arrive. The dispatch is quick and I have never had a problem with this company. I always recommend them.

I’m not sure if there is something I didn’t do that caused my flowers not to bloom well. Some of my roses started rotting. However overall I loved them. Would definitely purchase again!

United Kingdom | 27 February 2025I selected to purchase letterbox flowers so that they would be delivered securely into the recipients letterbox. I knew the recipient would be out all day and unlikely to receive the flowers until the evening. They were left leaning up against the front door all day and the flowers were not put through the letterbox. After complaining about this to customer services I was informed they won’t always use the letterbox for delivery. So why advertise that you send letterbox flowers? Very disappointed with the delivery service and response from customer services.

Ordered for next day delivery at 11am (only visible option on website was Royal Mail Tracked 24, despite being told that I would also have been offered a courier service as an alternative), product arrived a day late via DPD with zero communication about the changes. Customer service hide behind a set of standard terms and conditions and state that it says on their website that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a 1-2 day service - it doesn't say this at all, it just has a footnote suggesting that <7% of deliveries might take one day extra - other than that footnote, the entire web experience suggests you are buying a 24hr service, the clues being as follows; 1. It says 'Choose your delivery' 2. You pick a specific date/day (not a 2 date window) 3. It says '24', not '48' 4. You get an email with the delivery date (although it does say 'estimated' now that they have taken payment Dismissed by customer services and referred to Terms and Conditions. Not disputing that they are covered legally, just feel let down and fobbed off by a company I used to trust.
