We always rent with BRMR!! They are so easy to work with and very accommodating ! If we ever have an issue with a rental which is rare they deal with everything promptly and appropriately! Customer service with BRMR is 10/10!!

The house was immaculate and the team at Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was very responsive. We had difficulty accessing the home when we arrived and the team returned my call right away and corrected the situation immediately. I would rent again!

All my contacts were with courteous and helpful people. When I needed to ask a question about the condo when we arrived, just as soon as I texted, I had someone texting back to help me. I commented several times that I was really pleased with the personal servie.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals provided excellent communication before, during, and after our trip. We were informed every step of the way about what to expect at our rental and what the expectations were for us as renters of the property. They really seem to care about their clients and work to provide the best experience possible. We have owned property in the same mountain area where we recently stayed and Blue Ridge Rentals far surpassed the rental agencies we used for our rental clients.

A beautiful cabin—the online pictures are very accurate. It’s a secluded location and the last location on a gravel road (approx 1mile). The cabin was dog friendly; the deck is enclosed on 3 sides. Our only suggestion would be a little more open/flat space for walking dogs. That gravel road is too steep for walking.

BRMRs is responsive and friendly. They put the guests first. We always use them when visiting the Boone Blowing Rock area.

Entering West Glow is an accident waiting to happen. The weather was raining most of the week, the rocks leading to the crappy room were wet. Almost fell , your description of the room doesn’t describe how dangerous the path is. We were given the wrong code to enter the room, after a long delay we were finally given a temporary code which was never updated . The bathroom is far from the room, up more slippery rocks . NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Very informative and your follow-up on our comfort was outstanding. We've not experienced the level of professionalism and ease of renting a house as we did with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. We would recommend this company to anyone and already have.

Service was very good, especially when we got locked out due to sliding door safety mechanism malfunction. Staff is friendly and capable. They know the market.

Our family had a great time in the mountains this July! The house was in good shape, stocked with everything we needed to make the space feel like home. There were a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed and Blue Ridge was very attentive and responsive in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend booking your stay with them. This is my fourth or fifth stay with them, in a couple different houses. We will do this again.

Bad wiring somewhere in the kitchen. Lights off and on. Landscape was bad. Weeds everywhere. Back yard looked like a jungle. Hot tub on a concrete pad. No railing anywhere around it. Ice maker didn't work. Basement freezing cold. On the other hand, The house was well stocked and clean. No problem with that part. Its a really nice house, but several things wrong. I would not rent this house again.

Mattress was broken. Screen door broken. Liked soap and shampoos.

Our family had a great stay at the New River Ramble! The kids and grandkids enjoyed having the tubes available to use at the house and bikes! Enjoyed the game room downstairs so much! This is a great company to rent from, they know how to treat you right! Thanks!

Home exactly as described. Very well equipped, clean, beautiful. Had a wonderful trip. We have rented several vacation homes from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals and will use them again.

Couple of small issues with the cabin and BlueRidge support made them lose a star. It was a nice cabin in a good spot.

Showed up for our reservation, parking was a nightmare there with barely 2 spots with other parking down a huge embankment that we couldn’t get to in rain. Housekeeping was horrible, dust everywhere, cobwebs and spiders all over furniture as well as mouse poop on pillows and white markings on bedding. I called and was told someone would contact me to resolve issue and have yet a week later to be contacted. Save your money and go elsewhere.
