We were informed every step of the way about what to expect at our rental and what the expectations were for us as renters of the property. They really seem to care about their clients and work to provide the best experience possible. We have owned property in the same mountain area where we recently stayed and Blue Ridge Rentals far surpassed the rental agencies we used for our rental clients.

United States | 07 August 2024A beautiful cabin—the online pictures are very accurate. It’s a secluded location and the last location on a gravel road (approx 1mile). The cabin was dog friendly; the deck is enclosed on 3 sides. Our only suggestion would be a little more open/flat space for walking dogs. That gravel road is too steep for walking.

United States | 07 August 2024Entering West Glow is an accident waiting to happen. The weather was raining most of the week, the rocks leading to the crappy room were wet. Almost fell , your description of the room doesn’t describe how dangerous the path is. We were given the wrong code to enter the room, after a long delay we were finally given a temporary code which was never updated . The bathroom is far from the room, up more slippery rocks . NOT WORTH THE MONEY

United States | 06 August 2024Our family had a great time in the mountains this July! The house was in good shape, stocked with everything we needed to make the space feel like home. There were a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed and Blue Ridge was very attentive and responsive in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend booking your stay with them. This is my fourth or fifth stay with them, in a couple different houses. We will do this again.

United States | 06 August 2024Bad wiring somewhere in the kitchen. Lights off and on. Landscape was bad. Weeds everywhere. Back yard looked like a jungle. Hot tub on a concrete pad. No railing anywhere around it. Ice maker didn't work. Basement freezing cold. On the other hand, The house was well stocked and clean. No problem with that part. Its a really nice house, but several things wrong. I would not rent this house again.

United States | 06 August 2024Showed up for our reservation, parking was a nightmare there with barely 2 spots with other parking down a huge embankment that we couldn’t get to in rain. Housekeeping was horrible, dust everywhere, cobwebs and spiders all over furniture as well as mouse poop on pillows and white markings on bedding. I called and was told someone would contact me to resolve issue and have yet a week later to be contacted. Save your money and go elsewhere.
