It's very easy to get a quote and buy a policy from 'Free Spirit'... but be warned, they are completely inept when it comes to processing claims, and very good at trying to wriggle-out of settling claims! Their website says they are "different"... they certainly are! Other members of our party who were affected by our trip being cancelled had their claims processed quickly (and successfully) by other travel insurance companies. Free Spirit, on the other hand, are doing everything they possibly can to avoid settling our genuine and bonifide claim (supported by medical evidence), which we submitted in Summer 2024. Unlike other insurance companies, Free Spirit have blamed the busy summer season, winter floods, and their underwriters for their incredibly poor customer service and underhand tactics. So, I urge you all to avoid this company at all costs!

What made my experience great has to be the lovely lady who carried out our quotation. She made the experience very simple and explained everything to me. We have been with your Company in the past quite quite a number of times, but I think this lady was extremely professional.
