United Arab Emirates | 20 February 2025Cake and flowers ordered 2 days in advance for my fiancé’s birthday. On the date of delivery - no sign from my order. Scheduled arrival between 08:00-13:00. Tried to contact them MULTIPLE times - no answer on WhatsApp until 13 HOURS LATER (aka the day AFTER the birthday). Impossible to track your order although there’s a tracking link. Eventually found a phone number and was informed by customer service that there was a misunderstanding from the delivery team and was offered a rescheduled delivery time for delivery before 4:00pm. At 03:30pm and no sign of my order coming our way, called them up again - was promised AGAIN that the order will be with us before 4:00pm. At 4:03pm - 3rd call to chaise my order - 10 mins held on hold and eventually being hung up on. 4th call at 4:20pm - “We’re sorry, we’ve escalated the issue, that’s all we can do from our side”. At the end we went out for dinner and came home at 10:00pm. At this point the cake and flowers were sitting in front of our door for hours (at the end they dropped the cake and flowers at 6:30pm when we were long time gone of the house). When contacting customer service all we got was “We’re sorry, that won’t happen again”. The compensation offered was 18% after the second time we complained, having in mind that I already have 15% discount anyway for my next purchase so essentially offering us 3% discount for ruining the special day of my most special person which is absolutely appalling, ridiculous and honestly really offensive. After texting them for the 3rd time - waiver of the delivery cost was offered. Well I have paid for 4 free delivery so that’s of no benefit either. Overall, terrible customer service, unreliable service, inability to provide service recovery, dismissive of customer’s concerns and complaints, inadequate compensation, false information provided that you could track your order when in reality there’s no chance for that, huge miss communication between departments. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.

What’s the use of spending a substantial amount of money to order flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day but yall deliver flowers the day after Valentine’s Day to a closed office where the recipient wasn’t even there .and to start off I ordered I ordered flowers weeks in advance ! Absurd !

The delivery team did not call either my number or the recipient’s number, failed to verify the recipient’s identity, and did not obtain a signed receipt. Now, reaching customer support is nearly impossible—calls are being declined, and the order status appears to be random.

India | 16 February 2025I couldn’t choose multiple options in your menu so I am waiting this message to you. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th of February and it got delivered on 15th of February that to very late. Although I ordered 10-15 days prior. The cake I ordered was red velvet, and the cake which got delivered is chocolate. When I ordered the cake, the image was very different and on 14th of February when it was supposed to be delivered the image changes to something else, but at least the flava was same, but when finally it got delivered, it was altogether a different cake. I tried to contact on so many numbers and in fact on WhatsApp no one get to respond. They did not even email me and I was traveling. No apology no concern from Ferns N Petals side. It did not stop there. The delivery boy was asking to my husband whom I planned surprised for that. Do you want a delivery or should I refund. First you ruined my surprise and my Valentines and then you’re asking my husband that if he wants flower from his wife or he should refund. Highly unprofessionalism. You guys just ruined someone’s Valentine’s Day.

As they said it supposed to be delivered on 14 Feb they didn't deliver it till the evening of 15 Feb. and the whole day of valentine they were not answering our calls and messages . Very bad service we will never order from them again

F&P's delivery service is very bad, their after sales customer service is pathetic, they take money from us and then not refund back to us instantly. As compared to F&P, flowers.ae is far more better, maybe, price wise they will be expensive but they deliver quality product, on time with proper customer service. Sorry F&P, either you pull up your socks or you will slowly slowly go down in market

Unfortunately, this year has been another major disappointment. I placed my order on February 11th, ensuring it was well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues on Valentine's Day. However, as anticipated, the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The flowers never arrived, and after making over 1000 attempts to reach your customer service, I finally got through, only to be told that the issue was with your warehouse or delivery courier. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I no longer trust that FNP will deliver on its promises. I am requesting a full refund for my order. Not only did I lose money, but this mishap also led to personal consequences – my wife is extremely upset, and now I'm left outside, sleeping due to the fallout. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues moving forward. My trust in your service is gone, and I would appreciate a swift resolution.

Stay away from this company

United Arab Emirates | 15 February 2025Placed an order for a special occassion and on the day their phone was off the hook all day. the gift was never delivered on the day it seems to me that a gift company that does not understand that delivery ON THE DAY is fundamental to gifting, really should not be in that business. Explanation - technical error and offered to refund the delivery charge - but not the gift price. i would not recommend them to anyone - in fact i would STRONGLY advise against using them at all. Seems like a lot of people have had similar experience to me - bit of a red flag

I wanted to surprise my wife this Valentine’s Day by ordering flowers and having them delivered between 6am to 5pm on February 14, 2025. It’s now 6pm in Dubai and still my order has not yet been delivered. I ordered online from the Philippines. This should have been a wonderful surprise for my wife, instead it became an utter disappointment. I tried tracking my order; however, it always came out as still being processed. I filled out their complaint form several times, and I still didn’t get a reply. I’ve asked friends in Dubai to call the shop hotline, but they won’t pick up the phone. After several tries, someone answered the phone and told my friend that they cannot deliver the order then hung up!!! What?!?!?! These actions are from the so called “Leading Florist for Gifts and Flower Delivery in Dubai, UAE” (copied from their website). What a joke!!! FNP was recommended by a friend from Dubai, but after this experience I wouldn’t consider availing of their services again. I want a REFUND!; however, I do not know how to process it since I am in the Philippines. Valentine’s Day is ruined, Thank you FNP!!! As of this posting, my order has still not yet been delivered. This company needs to be reported to the relevant authorities.

The order for my wife after a million followups only came at 9pm. The order for my daughter was never dispatched. Very poor service and I definitely won’t ever use them again

She stayed late inunder the pretence that I will pick her up. Unfortunately by 19.00pm the delivery had not arrived. No updates, or messages advising or giving updates. I rang number of times line was either busy or they put the phone down. Very unprofessional. Totally unacceptable. I've regularly used FNP but this time they really let me down. F@cking amateurs.

The order was confirmed, yet as of now 1856 PM, there has been no update on dispatch or delivery. I will not recommend anyone to buy from FNP
