They claimed they were in the area and said they were serving customers, but in reality all they were doing was building a business case. A couple of months later they finally did the technical assessment, decided it wasn’t viable and cancelled my order!

I was an early adopter of airband, and there were many teething troubles with the service, especially in my region (The Marches). Hiwever, recent upgrades mean that for the last 18-months and counting, the performance has become exceptional, and great value for those of us in rural isolation. :)

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025Alex from Airband arrived to do a survey to see if I could have the AirSpeed 150 install. He was extremely polite, very conscientious and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a clear manner. He is a real credit to your organisation. Unfortunately, he found my property to not be suitable for the fast internet due to the line of sight that is required. We really do need fast fibre internet, there are 34 properties alone here, not including the surrounding farms that have been left out of fast fibre. Please AIRBAND, come and help us!!!

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025Staff at the renewal office were great. Did what I asked quickly and efficiently. I have had Airband for a year but it does seem susceptible to the storms which seem to be getting more regular.The first outage was because a tree had fallen on the line - three day outage. The second was because somebody had not warned me of a planned outage - 4 hours. The third was what appeared to be an intermittent connection, this was fixed fairly quickly - the problem with this was that the internet telephones did not like this and were unusable. This meant I had to go roaming outside with my mobile to report the problem as we have a poor signal in this area.

Came to the end of our contract was approached by email by Sarah Aybey rather than an annoying call, explaining my options, forgot to respond, they messaged a few weeks later as a reminder, this time I replied stating what I wanted to do. And now is all set up. Nice and easy.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025Donna advised me well in advance of my current contract expiring. I upgraded to the next level of Internet speed[Fibre600] in the hope I get no buffering issues. Time will tell. Generally I am satisfied with communication and at the moment, it's cost.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025My experience with Airband started really well and I was impressed. Over the last couple of years they have fallen to rock-bottom standards. I have waited and waited and waited with promise after promise for a fibre connection. They connected the wrong house with a 'similar' name. They never ever call with updates (despite always promising to) and I have to phone again and again and again. I just had a call with a really rude young man who told me I didn't understand - it was complex - it does take time. No customer empathy at all. I'm tired of this firm and hope they really will connect us on the 20th February - a date that has been moved many times and is many, many months overdue. Please get back to the high quality standards you started with - my recent experience has been really disappointing.
