She explained the options open to me to renew on my existing contract (150) at no increase or upgrade to 300 plan that gave me double the speed and that the first 2months would be free. No hard sell, I opted for the faster speed 300 plan. Sarah was very professional and informative.

The supplied router reaches all parts of my three bedroom terraced house, When my children return home with partners and all the phones pads and laptops are turned on i have received nothing but compliments about the quality of the connectivity. They are are able to carry on working from home with no problems,

United Kingdom | 10 February 2025Not able to access Line of Sight WiFi, and Airbands continued failure to connect up their own fibre nodes around the village, to install MST and connect up the local community. Airband instead still cannot talk to the local community to add their own generic poles to bring the line of sight further into the village as an alternative so have failed again!

United Kingdom | 09 February 2025DO NOT USE after months with patchy, if any, internet and airband refusing to even acknowledge there was an issue. I had no choice but to report them to the ombudsman. They, of course, came down on my side and air and were ordered to pay me an amount of money in remuneration within 2 weeks, fix the service provided and release me from my contract. After 3 months I still hadn’t received the money. I had to go back to the omburdsman and about 5 minutes later I received a call from air and say they have sent the money but I wouldn’t receive it for another 6 weeks (how can that work? Over a year later and I still don’t have reliable internet and they still haven’t released my contract. I now have no choice but to get lawyers involved as the clearly have no regards for the communication ombudsman. I’ve brought Starlink for my office and it is brilliant. Get that instead, more expensive but they are reliable and fix problems immediately. Every company has issues but air and have shown a marked lack of accountability and zero integrity. To try and weasel their way out of this They told the ombudsman that it was BT’s fault I didn’t have internet as they need to upgrade the cables to my property. I have their wireless internet and there are no cables. Just complete disgraces.

I have told them that there is only one screw holding the wire in place instead of three and then it is just laid in the gutter from front to back of the house. They are saying that this is fine. I could not recommend them to anyone. Margaret

Installation was booked very quickly - even got a call from the Engineers (Chris T and James M - lovely guys) the day before to say they were in the area and could install early if I was in! They arrived within 30 minutes of their call, explained the process and got on with it. Even explained that the dish may move in high winds and to call customer service if it did and that they would come and re-position. Very happy with the service and speeds given we're fairly rural.

I work from home so internet is essential and very happy with the service. (FTTP 600mbs) Thanks Sarah Aybey for the great customer service!

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025We live in the 'middle of nowhere' so Airband has been our only realistic option for broadband, but it has proved to be very successful. The monthly contract price is very reasonable and has changed little over the years. The renewal this year has been made very straightforward by Sarah Aybey. I just hope the level of service and ease of contacting the company continues!
