Connection fitted today by Jack Johnson who’s connected some of our neighbours too. We all have found he’s the epitome of friendly professionalism. Excellent personal manner - and great results - our connection speed is superb! Our installation wasn’t entirely straightforward and Jack took it all in his stride! Really excellent !

Tony and James Milne have just left after installing the Wi Fi . We were extremely pleased with their attitude in fitting everything, as we have an old cottage and did not want wiring coming down the outside wall. They were very understanding and sympathetic in doing this and explained everything before the fitting took place. The final outcome was just what we wanted. So a big thank you to them and thank you to Airband as we have a really great speed now. Very pleased.

We live in a rural area and struggle with stable internet connections until Airband came to the rescue. We were so relieved to finally secure continuous Internet, far better and faster than any other provider could offer. But not only this, the people at Airband are great. Any time there was a problem, there was someone at the end of a phone. In particular, we found Jon Parkes always helpful. Every time, he went over and above to ensure any issues or questions we had were resolved. Every email was answered quickly and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Despite our odd frustration due to things outside his control (in this case weather affecting signal), he was always so helpful, friendly and eager to ensure we had the best service possible. Very rare for this industry and we so appreciated having him as a contact.

Each contact that I have made with airband has been a positive experience. Having had difficulties with BT in both system failures and unhelpful Customer service staff I looked for a new provider. Airband have been great. Clear, helpful advice and guidance and willing to confirm with an email. The enginerres installed a dish today but only after double checking with me that I was fine with the installation. I live in a rural area with no access to fibre. the Airband system has given me a 40 MBPS rather than the unreliable 28 MBPS I was getting from BT. Better service and half the cost of my BT contract.

A great experience from ordering through to installation. We ordered a business connection. The support team were easy to get hold of and very helpful. I'm just about to switch broadband suppliers,but on the two occasions I've spoken to Airband they've been very helpful.

I had to pursue phone Package as part of the deal - I feel your main concern was the internet. I need both and a Mobile phone is not the answer for domestic use and elderly people

Initially told Airband already had fibre cable close to my house and installation would be within 10 days. It’s now been 9 days since my order and I’m now told that there is a problem with installation. I have cancelled my current Broadband supplier and could end up without Broadband !!

Craig at Airband talked me through how to set up my system. I’m not very good with IT and he was very patient with me.

My appointment was early doors, new fibre broadband installed within the hour and so far working as it should be. Engineer pleasant helpful and knowledgeable, but thank you.
