United Kingdom | 30 October 2024I was firstly told over the phone that one of their survey team would contact me within 48 hours. Their documentation says that they attach something to the nearest telegraph pole, there are no telegraph poles near where I am moving to so I called them back after three days And was told ‘oh there are lots of different options we can use“, but the person I spoke to wouldn’t elaborate as to what they might be. They also said that it might be 2 to 3 weeks before somebody calls me to let me know you’ve done a survey and then we’ll decide whether or not they can install their product. so I cancelled the order.

United Kingdom | 29 October 2024Recently changed my broadband provider to Airband, it is now twice as fast and half the price of my previous provider. The installation was easy and done quickly and professionally. Had a few connection issues for the first couple of days which turned out to be a local issue rather than my personal one but it was dealt with fairly quickly and we were kept up to date with what was happening. Had no issues since that was resolved. Would recommend

But have had no connection for 6/7 days - have sent several emails and rung them many times - same responses - someone is working on my problem/someone will call you back but doesn’t. This has caused me problems as it’s my only link. The customer care here has failed - still awaiting the problem to be resolved ! Very disappointed. Considering changing providers now.

I spoke to Jack Beckett who listened to my needs and recommended a suitable package, he gave me great customer service, polite and helpful. Engineer visit anticipated and so far I am more than pleased with everything.

On the morning of installation the engineer telephoned to give me estimated time. Polite and helpful engineers, clean and tidy work. Set up and showed me the app. More than pleased with everything.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2024After a great start and being told that Airband was available in my postcode, even people in the same road had it, I am now a bit disappointed. I received an email 24hrs after signing up saying that some essential works are needed before connection and I need to wait 3 weeks before I can get an update. I find this hard to believe as I was told 150 customers in my area were receiving Airband services so what essential works were identified so quickly after me signing the contract?
