Sarah was very friendly and professional. She gave me options for my outdoor blinds which I hadn’t thought of. She tried very hard to find me a good price which I appreciated. I even got a price for a folding arm awning which I had been thinking of.

Menka from Victory Blinds is a wonderful consultant. It’s obvious she really understands the products and provides advice regardingthe most suitable solution for each style of home. She never seems rushed although manages to very efficiently consult, discuss at length if required and show as many samples as we need to make our decisions. This is the second time we’ve used Victory Blinds And we were very happy with the roller blinds with Remote which Menka recommended previously. The person who fitted the roller blinds (Jason I think) Was also very professional and excellent at his job. We can’t wait to receive our new blinds and curtains for the bedroom and hopefully it will be another positive experience. The pricing was also very competitive since there was a sale on when we decided to change our window coverage. We highly recommend Victory Blinds to anyone.

My blinds were required by a certain time and I was assured iif I placed the order that day they’d be installed well before that. I heard no more and now many weeks past the required time I am getting excuses and delays I had to pay 50% deposit at time of order in early October and have nothing to show. They are refusing to refund my deposit and I’ve since found the orders are sent overseas to be manufactured . Be very wary dealing with this company. Get everything in writing.

I give this one star only because I cannot give it negative stars. I had some outdoor blinds installed in early June 2024 and they still dont work as promised. The Customer Support people are quite helpful but with their help and understanding the problem still exists 6 months later. In addition to this the electrician they used attempted to get some additional (not necessary) 'cash jobs'. He then doesn't supply the Electrical compliance Certificate as required by law. Finally, the total paid according to the Tax Invoice Victory supplied me is $1886.89 less than what I paid. This company may be good in some states but avoid using them in South Australia.

Do not deal with Victory Blinds, above all do not pay them money. I paid $4225 deposit for an awning which they’ve held onto for six weeks. They don’t answer phone calls after you sign up, I finally discovered that they don’t have the ability to fulfill my order and am now fighting for a refund.

Same experience as many, Victory will not repair their blinds, only want to sell new stuff. Will refer you to a grumpy private contractor who doesn’t want to work too . It is really hard for me to write this about a business but I really do feel cheated, spent over 15K

Trying to get a folding arm awning fixed was a pain, they won't touch it if it's over 8 years old but don't have anyone else they can send you to....and any other company won't fix another company's product. Umpteen phone calls to blind repairers with no luck. Victory wouldn't even come out to look at it, only option offered was to quote for replacement (blind cost nearly $5k 10 years ago and is still in good nic just won't fold in properly)

I was looking blinds for my single fronted blue stone cottage and had the consultant Maria Rundle, from Victory Blinds, Everard Park, attend my house. She was excellent in explaining the different options. I went with Wooden Plantation Blinds in bedrooms & lounge, and wooden Venetian Blinds in my kitchen dining. Once I made my choice, Maria organised Richie & James to measure the next day, to ensure the order went through as soon as possible. Richie & James also fitted the blinds. On both these days, they communicated well their expected time of arrival and were very efficient with measuring & fitting. Richie explained the working of the blinds after they were fitted. Tidied up after themselves. Maria, Richie & James were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. I could not be happier with the quality of the Blinds and the look of the blinds.

Just had a new blind installed. Excellent product and interactions with measurer (Menka) and installer (Mathew). They were highly professional, polite and friendly.

I have used Victory blinds 3 times in the last 4 years for blinds in three different properties. The sales people have all listen to what I need and help me make selections that have been perfect. The times quoted for making the blinds have usually been sooner than expected and the installers always efficient and courteous. I would recommend them.

The gentleman that came to install the plantation shutter was so professional . He spent his whole time focused on clearly what he does best . He was polite and respectful of my mums property , I can’t thank him enough I would suggest that you give him some sort of recognition as he was honestly the best Thankyou Jae

I recently had Victory curtains and blinds install an automated curtain in my theatre room and full length curtains in my dining room. I am so disappointed with my end product. Initial consultation was fine but then follow up questions and e mails were never answered. We paid up front and in full and couldn’t even get an e mail receipt to say payment had been received. Curtains in the dining room look terrible! Too much bunched fabric at both ends, uneven in the wave fold in the middle, really creased, also about 2 inches from the floor and definitely not with the money we paid for them!! The consultant was supposed to be coming back to measure and quote for 3 other rooms but true to form no one has contacted me which I am more than happy about as will never use this company again! Customers please avoid and shop around!!
