AD Williams Farnham did an amazing job on getting our car fixed and returned to us the next day. Vicky went above and beyond when we had trouble with the hire company and provided us with one of their hire vehicles and pushed our service through. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for any other work needed.

Car went in an insurance repair ten weeks ago. 3 promised completion dates all missed and each time I only found out when I called to check progress. Car finally sent back completely empty of coolant and the repair is faulty. Comedic levels of ineptitude

Awful customer service and if I had read some of these reviews I'd have told insurance company I don't want to use them. Consistently told lies by the receptionist. Parts are in, parts aren't in, parts on back order, only one of the 2 parts have arrived. Ad williams say we only want to order this "special specific safety part" from vauxhall main dealer. As we dont trust aftermarket parts but fail to give me or my insurance company the part number... coincidence I know. They also have failed to provide a timescale on when the part will arrive. (Who orders parts without knowing when the arrival will be) I have been told a few times that it doesn't matter about our repair timescales because you have a courtesy van? Yeah right... If a responsible decent repair centre that actually does repairs on vehicles day in day out they would be able to get a full list and order ALL the parts together. My van vauxhall vivaro (not a rare van) has now been in their hands for just short of 3 months and I still have absolutely no idea when it may magically arrive back in my hands. Genuinely starting to think it's not going to be before Christmas now. I hope it actually comes back in some reasonable condition because after everyone else has moaned about their poor finish I'm concerned on that also.

VW Lease vehicle sent to AD Williams for bodywork damage repair. Initially at the Wimbledon Branch, and car had to be returned to the garage on two further occasions due to ongoing issues with wind noise from the repaired area and this was still not resolved. I moved areas so the vehicle was then sent back to the Enfield branch. I have been told the wind noise issue is now fixed, however the car was delivered back to me with 0 fuel miles range in a rural area. The car has required four journeys to and from the garage and multiple road tests for the same ongoing issue, for which I have paid for all the fuel with no issues or complaints. To find the vehicle with 0 miles range was not acceptable. This had the potential to damage the vehicle further (what if the vehicle has ran out of fuel whilst being delivered back to me?).

Been having a lot of trouble with RSA and their extremely dodgy company Motor Repair Network but that's another review I've submitted!!!! I made contact on the 12/9 with AD Williams in Newhaven and was shocked they answered the phone immediately something I've not had the pleasure of in my dealings since the accident!!! I was transferred to Nicky and from the first moment I knew I was in capable and safe hands, Nicky went through the timeline with me and my "missing car", she was shocked at the other fore mentioned "ahem" company they not only cancelled the collection of my car once but twice, Nicky has been amazing she got the car to their garage within 3 days not the almost 7 weeks I had been waiting so far, she called me in the afternoon on Friday and said she could see my car and it was being unloaded!!! Absolutely 1st class, professional and courteous service, I feel in safe hands now and can not thank AD Williams enough Highly recommend this company, incredible customer service, kept me up to date each day via email and telephone, if only every company was like this Thankyou so much

My car went there through my insurance company, came back the first time after several weeks with some parts not been refitted, 2nd time with a scuff and a chip and the steering wheel crooked and tracking out,3rd time wing rubbing on the door and the A/C leaking and faulty. And just noticed while cleaning it they’ve not prepped the front bumper and just sprayed over the pant chips!

I have booked repairs with their Wimbledon branch via my insurance company. After submitting pictures and videos of the damage I had to wait for over a week for their phone call and was given a tentative repairs date, told to wait for a call/text with details (as to when to drop the car off, where and what time). I had never received any phone call or text. 2 weeks later (!) received a call from someone in the garage (a female customer service) telling me they were "going through outstanding files". When I asked why I wasn't contacted or given appointment date as previously discussed the woman on the phone became extremely agitated, raised her voice, talked (screamed really) over me, and hanged up on me without giving me a chance to continue any conversation. The only question I guess is why?

My car went in 8 times, due to them not repairing it correctly each time. The hire car was not fit for purpose and unsafe. Brakes and handbrake didn’t work so couldn’t use the car. The garage just said it was ok as it’s just had a service. Bad customer service.

Well after a bit of a delay from being Tboned to getting my car collected ( The delay was from other factors) AD Williams collected my car from my home on the arranged day. Was given an estimate of a week to Ten days . And sure to their word I had my car delivered back in pristine after a week and. They have even washed and polished the outside. I honestly can’t fault the company. I would recommend to anyone give them a go . Hopefully everyone will be as satisfied as I am x

Please avoid using this garage at all cost. The staff, especially Lisa are rude and disrespectful they are incompetent at best and have no customers service skills, and once you're car comes out of this garage it's probably going to have far worst mechanically issues, than it did before it went in their garage. If your car repair comes out anything like mine did, it's costing me dearly. Please don't waste your time or money. The best advice is as they don't answer their customers service contact number, let that be a warning to you and don't bother. I have had the worst experience imaginable by making a mistake and using AD Williams to repair my car.

ALL FAKE REVIEWS HERE, THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH. Our car has been with them for over 4 months and still untouched. All they have to do is replace a lost KEY, A KEY!!!!! 4 Months and they cant even replace a key. They do not answer their calls for months and when they do they keep telling me the parts are here but the car is still untouched after all these months. AVOID this company at all Costs and Beware of All the fake bought out reviews.

I had my accident on 2/5/2023, on the 8/5/2023 I had been referred over to AD Williams, all was going well at this point they picked my car up on 10/05/2023 and I was told it would be finished by end of may as the rear and front end was damaged. That was perfectly fine by me as I had been put into a courtesy car. This is when it all goes bad…. Since my car has been in the garage I did not have 1 update which is shocking as I work in an automotive group myself….. Every time I tried to call in I could not get through not once ! The whole time it was in there I did not get one call from AD Williams….. Apart from when my car was finished on 29/06/2023 when they rushed for me to pick the car up….. I was at work when this happened so my relative went to pick the car up for me… When it got home I received pictures and I’ve noticed they have put the complete wrong tailgate on and not fixed the dents on the roof rail….. When I confronted them they said I need to source the parts MYSELF !!!! My car still has not gone back into the garage and I now have no further contact this is ridiculous!!!!!!

Update on my below review. Over a month now to repair the faulty parking sensors. Got a call 2 weeks ago, on a Tuesday saying someone will ‘call back tomorrow to arrange for someone to repair the sensors’ nothing. Please avoid this company.

Useless organisation. postponed picking up my stranded vehicle by one week as to avoid having to provide courtesy car. calling them doesn't work as on hold for over 90 minutes without anybody picking up. A DISASTER Williams
