United Kingdom | 16 June 2023My car was unfortunately t-boned recently and I thought it may have been a write off...however AD Williams have been utterly amazing since the get go and I actually had my car delivered back to me stick and span today (and delivered to my work too which was so very convenient!)! AD Williams were brilliant with their ongoing communication, online updates and I can't fault them. It's incredible to have my car back all repaired, and shiny and clean. Thank you to all at AD Williams for working your magic!

United Kingdom | 12 June 2023I cannot believe how AD Williams has returned my van repaired!?! The wings and bonnet do not line up. They seem to have no sense of Customer Service, and are incapable of apologising. THey take too long to answer the phones. While they say they are under staffed that is no excuse for poor customer service.

United Kingdom | 09 June 2023Difficult to rate these guys as my broken car has been sat outside the house for nearly 3 weeks. Insurance Co says I have to use them but they don’t seem keen to answer their Phone. 01243 377 921 give it a try if you think I’m fibbing. I’ll return to amend this review if I get my car repaired and perhaps leave more positive comments if things start to get more positive. At the moment it seems that customers are an inconvenience rather than that which drives the business. In short at the moment I’d have to say try elsewhere. 😢

United Kingdom | 06 June 2023They have had my car for over three months. I only get updates when I phone. Reception are always polite, repairs or lack of them are not their fault. But they keep moving the date with all sorts of excuses some of them are beginning to get repetitive The place looks like a breakers yard. I assume the absolutely terrible service is down to greed. They take on far more work than they can handle and don’t care how long you wait for your car. On seeing the place I would never have taken my car there and I pleaded with my insurance co not to but…..

Very impressed with their attention to detail and customer service! Excellent! Karen has been so nice and I’ve been kept up to date with progress so far . United Kingdom | 04 May 2023My car has been with AD Williams since october, they are the insurance nominated repair location, they had parts problems, then issues getting the power removed from the Electric car, 4 weeks, then 3 weeks no spray painters, that was 6 weeks ago. The insurance company had to hire an electric car for me at £ 125 per day. Apparently my car was ready last week, still no car...7 days later, the insurance company must be as incompetent as AD Williams, the damage was fairly minor. Insurance premiums will all go up due to these stupidities!

United Kingdom | 28 April 2023On Tuesday 11th April, my car was collected for a relatively minor repair to front bumper and grill. I had previously sent in photographs of the damage which was further assessed once it arrived with you. Since then, I have been given three dates for return of the vehicle. This morning I was given a fourth: Friday 5th May. Apparently the grill has been difficult to source. This has put me to a great deal of inconvenience (three days off work to await delivery, apart from having no car). I cannot accept that it requires almost a month for such repair to be completed. The one positive amongst all this has been the calm and professional manner of Lisa, the person I have dealt with on a couple of occasions. Otherwise - NOT GOOD.

United Kingdom | 22 March 2023Appalling customer service from the Southampton branch. The car was returned for several issues but returned to me still faulty. The car was with the branch for over 2 months due to problems accessing parts ( not their fault) but trying to get someone to pick up the phone was a challenge. The voicemail just says you can't leave a message! So communication is an ongoing issue as is the fact they did not thoroughly check out the rattling window which still rattles badly! Given they say they offer a top service and the repairs for the accident ( which was not my fault!) I'm totally dissatisfied!

Various cars of mine have been into this garage for repair, sadly on each occasion the reception staff have been unfriendly, uncompromising and unwilling to help. They will do a decent repair, but you wont experience friendly or accommodating staff and expect to feel like an inconvenience. If you have a choice with insurer then choose Chichester Cars.

United Kingdom | 11 March 2023Insurance repair people - stay away from these fraudsters. They give you a date for completion upon accepting the car, but prioritize their private customers. When asked when the car is going to be ready, the answer is "could be months". Absolute fraudsters.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2023My experience with AD Williams was amazing! They were in contact with me frequently via email and telephone at every stage of the repair process for my vehicle. The body shop manager Ciprian ensured that every part of the process was as stress-free as possible for me after my vehicle was damaged by another driver. He even arranged collection and drop off of my vehicle to and from my home! Not only was their customer service excellent, but the repairs to my vehicle were great too! It looks as good as new. I was very impressed by them and would highly recommend using them in future.
