Used to love pawprint genetics, unfortunately now I have to switch companies for testing . I purchased tests and then they switched to Orivet and they won't honor the order I had was a waste of time and now my money is stuck in a refund limbo I would trust buying test through them agian.

I ordered an expedited parentage DNA test back in February, and now, at the beginning of April, I'm facing a nightmare. I was informed that all 12 tests need to be resubmitted due to a transition to a new company. To make matters worse, I'm required to create a new account on their new website. While I was told I could get a refund for the test itself, they are not covering the extra shipping costs I paid. This means I have to start the entire process all over again, which is incredibly frustrating. To add insult to injury, they were able to provide the sires' information over the phone but refused to send a printout, insisting that I must go through the new company for that as well. This whole ordeal has been a horrible experience, especially since I needed these tests for a dual-sired litter registration. The delays have caused significant issues, as some of the puppies are now out of state. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for DNA testing services.

The testing took to long. I have ordered from here for years but something has changed and the turn around time is to long for me especially to test my puppies and have results in time.
