United Kingdom | 10 April 2022Back at the start of Covid my tour to Vietnam and Cambodia was cancelled. After a lot of hassle I somewhat reluctantly accepted a credit note. Using that as the deposit needed, I rebooked a tour of Southern India for November this year. Citrus Holidays website isn’t offering hardly anything though they keep telling me the holiday is still operating but I don’t believe them and I’ve got to hand over the balance soon which I’m very reluctant to do. Is anyone else in the same position as me?

United Kingdom | 24 March 2022I was quite disappointed with the service, it was a traumatic experience considering I have been using this travel agency for how many years, the communication between the manager (Victor) with his colleague was quite poor, I think the manager and his staff need more training, I have a very demanding job and need to relax and rely on them as I'm always confident booking thru them but ended up calling and chasing due to their lack of communication.

We have had a booking for Singapore and Malaysia for over 12 months but due to the pandemic restrictions could not go ahead. Rose and Ruchi at Citrus were both exceptionally helpful in organising an alternative short notice holiday for us to replace our existing booking. Our requests were quite specific and Ruchi worked tirelessly to meet our requirements. I am sure this holiday will be up to the standard of our previous holidays with Citrus. Thank you all and we would not hesitate to recommend Citrus.

Canada | 20 March 2022Like everyone here, our trip to Europe was cancelled in Mar 2020. The airline issued a full refund of the flight to Citrus in Apr 2020. After 23 months of reassurance that Citrus will refund our money, they have now decided not to respond to phone calls or emails. What is really upsetting is not that they have decided to keep my money but rather to continue lying about the refund. Had they put it in writing that they would NOT issue a refund from the start, I would have recovered it from my travel insurance 2 years ago. Most UK customers got their money back via small claims court. I guess it is my fault to trust a company that doesn't have an office in Canada.

Over he two years we have been in touch with various agents who have kept us in the loop. This May we will be going! Although some prices have changed we were given full credit for our 2020 deposit. A delightful company to deal with!

France | 08 March 2022ABTA guidelines are for holidays cancelled by the tour operator to be refunded within 14 days. I am now waiting for 87 days for a refund of the £6,100 I paid 13 months ago. Their contact centre are not taking calls or responding to emails.
