Helpful booking process with Rose.

This is our second attempt at rebooking due to covid. Citrus were extremely helpful and responded quickly. This was a very smooth booking process.

Due to Covid we were unable to travel for the past 2 plus years so Citrus Holidays give us a credit voucher. I was a bit apprehensive as I read some reviews on this Holiday company however I sent an email asking about the voucher and immediately I received a response to send dates and departing airport and country to visit. After sending the information once again I received vacation options to choose , once that was done my trip was booked with a confirmation . The representative Rahul was so efficient and professional and easy to deal with. We got the trip we wanted with minimum fuss and great price. I was very impressed and would definitely do business with this company again. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with Rahul.

Always provides great service and bespoke holiday destinations. Swift and efficient. No hesitation. Used for many years now for all our beach and city holidays.

Too hard to communicate with this agency because they're in London. Also, it was pandemic time and had to reschedule our trip and you have to keep on following up if we can rebook or not, then we have to pay additional fees for rebooking for almost $500. Covid was a pandemic and we have no control that there's a surge in a country, but had to pay for that.

I have dealt with Citrus once before many years ago and was pleased that they are called Cities and beaches who i booked my latest holiday with. Victor was very knowledgeable, explaining the differences between the prices and came back to quickly.

Like previous customers, my vacation was cancelled by Citrus Holidays due to covid19. They wanted me to reschedule the holiday at a later date, however this was not an acceptable option for us. We asked for a refund and after many many emails and phone calls, we finally received most of our money back after a year of waiting. They stated they had to hold onto the administrative fee of £50... I feel due to the length of time it took Citrus Holidays to refund our money, I will not be using their company again, despite being a loyal customer for many years.
