Thailand ,Cambodia and vietnam in 16 days and what a fabulous trip.Cannot fault the organisation of this company. Everything went to plan without one hitch. 6 airports/flights, everything smooth as clockwork.The hotels where top class, the staff soo friendly. The guide's were soo knowledgeable and helpful. Soo many trips included and enjoyed every single one. The memories we have made and people we have met are unforgettable. This company is incredible at what they deliver for half the price of other tour companies. Nancy was amazing at being soo patient with the world's most pessimistic holidaymaker . Soo glad we used citrus travel for our Asian adventure and will be using them again for our next adventure. Have already recommended them to all our friends.

Great Kerela trip, just what we expected - and more! Lower key than some of the big name operators (which is good because you see more of the real India and pay half the price!) but still high quality accommodation, great food and helpful, friendly driver/guide. When I first saw this trip through Southern India I was amazed at the wide variety of locations and activities. My first instinct was ‘this is a lot of holiday for the price, what’s the catch?’. In short, there wasn’t any catch! This holiday delivered everything it promised and with style and comfort! The driver/guide was brilliant, the hotel rooms were large and very comfortable. The food was excellent, even with choices for those who aren’t keen on spicy food, though I don’t understand why anyone who doesn’t like Indian food would visit India. The service from Citrus was seamless and easy and in two weeks we saw so many varied aspects of Southern India. It was a wonderful cultural experience, and India is a shock to the sense if you’re a first time visitor. I can’t recommend this trip highly enough and would certainly consider booking through Citrus again.

This our second time using Citrus so we were a little more prepared with how they work. You can tailor their packages to suit your needs. We specifically wanted to fly from Gatwick and we added an extra 5 nights. Nancy helped sort out our package and was very helpful. We did The Golden Triangle and Goa trip this time and our contact in India was superb, any issues or questions sorted out very efficiently. This was a better experience than our Asia trip which was a bit patchy at times. Once you realise you don’t get the same sort of service as a UK travel agent, you have to sort out more yourself, but the prices are so competitive it’s worth the bit of extra effort. They excelled at the many airport pick ups and transfers. All the guides they used were top quality and the hotels were of a good standard. We will be using them again.

Never having been on a Solo group guided tour before I was a bit apprehensive but have been delighted with this holiday of a lifetime. Meeting my guide Sreejith at Kochi Airport I was surprised to learn I was in a group of 1 but in a very short time it felt as if I was being shown round by a friend. Nothing was too much trouble for Sreejith - realising I was interested in Photography he sought a warden in the National Park who showed us where the wild elephant were and I managed to take some pictures. In Thekkady he organised the tickets for the Kathakali show and we arrived early and he arranged with actors that I could photograph them before the performance getting into their elaborate costumes. Everything went smoothly - all of the events as advertised with Sreejith on hand to make sure that any questions were answered and that I was being looked after. All of the hotels were very good to excellent. Be aware that in India you will always be asked for feedback- they ALWAYS want to know if they need to improve. As an example, 1 meal in 1 hotel was not quite to my liking and I left most of it but didn’t feel I needed to make a complaint. The maitre d’ reported that I had not eaten my meal and the following morning the General Manager of the hotel stopped me and apologised and asked what they had to do to improve. The houseboat trip was really relaxing - the food on board was excellent and they try to feed you until you burst! My trip finished in Poovar at the Isla da Cocca hotel and Ayurveda centre which is tremendous. In summary a very well organised trip guided by a skilled professional in Sreejith and highly recommended. Thanks also to Nancy at Citrus for organising the best flights for me.

Booking through Citrus was easy and Nancy, who dealt with us, could not have been more helpful. The holiday deal was very good, importantly I was able to extend by a few days. We went to the Savoy Calheta Beach in early November and the weather was similar to a warm British Summer. The sea view room we had was excellent though it is worth noting you do not have a kettle or a fridge. The food was very good and most nights were themed. I am a fussy eater but there was always something there for me that I enjoyed. Staff were friendly and the Reception was outstanding and could not be more helpful. Overall a wonderful break from Britain suffering from a cold and wet November.

Our trip to Budapest, Vienna and Hungary was flawless. Ashley arranged all the details expertly, from the pick up at the airport, to the intercity transport, and the choice of hotels. We had a fantastic holiday organised by Nancy. Travelled Bangkok to Cambodia to Vietnam tour including Hoi-An beach. Loved every minute. Thought I would give you our opinion of the trip and how we think it could be improved. All of the guides were lovely and extremely informative. I don’t believe we would have gotten so very much out of the trip without them. Hotels were all very nice and would recommend those to anyone, they were all situated brilliantly. Instead of one of the bus journeys Nancy booked for us a flight which was a good decision. While we were in Siem Reap in Cambodia our son text from England and advised us to take another flight instead of the bus, this time to Phnom Penh and go to see the killing fields. We booked an early 8am flight and that was one of the best decisions we made as we had enjoyed our time in Siem Reap but we had seen all on the day we had to ourselves. The price of the flight was very cheap and it gave us more time in Phnom Penh to look around. I would have been very disappointed to have missed out on all we saw there. Bus trips are fine if you are staying longer in these places but not in the time we had available. The company still provided us with transport to and from airports to hotel which we didn't expect on the flight we booked ourselves. I would recommend Citrus Holidays to others and certainly the trip that we took but recommending our choice of travel. Thank you for taking care of our booking and wish you well in your future.

Nancy was very helpful when booking our holiday to Budapest, however when it came to check in for flight she wasn't very helpful at all. I had to call several times to ask for the email address used for check in. I found her quite rude. I have used Citrus holidays several times and have't had any problems. The hotel was fantastic.It was in a very accessible location and couldn't fault a thing.

Just returned fro 6 days in Italy organised by Nancy who was so helpful. We had 2 days in Rome, Florence and Venice with first class rail travel between destinations and hotel with breakfast for an amazing £325 each The hotels were a little way out in all destinations but with the exception of Venice within walking distance and we enjoyed the walks Thank you Nancy for putting together an amazing trip

We have just finished a 16 day tour of Kerala booked through citrus holidays. It has been a fantastic experience, Taking in busy bustling cities such as Bangalore, Mysore and Kochi, But also including areas of wilderness and peace and quiet which we didn’t expect to find in India. It really has been a treat for the senses The array of sights sounds smells and tastes has been mind blowing and definitely an experience I will never forget. We covered approximately 1700 km on our tour. The roads are mad. I wouldn’t wanna drive here, but we always arrived safe and sound thanks to the expert driving, advice and sense of humour of a driver Abhi. Many thanks Abhi. We hope to see you next time we come to India and highly recommend you to any prospective visitors to the region.

I have just returned from the 10 night/11day citrus tour, it was outstanding. Our driver, Kitten, knew the routes well, stopped along the way for photos and knew all the decent toilet stops! The scenery was gorgeous and the hotels, tours and food were excellent. We were not rushed and had time to explore on our own if we wished. As a group we had great fun. This was my first solo trip, it certainly won’t be my last. I will definitely be recommending Citrus.

I recently returned from a trip around India which I booked through Citrus. We spent 2 weeks in India travelling to 7 different cities which was followed by 3 days in Dubai - all of which had been organised by them and I have to say they did a brilliant job. The hotels we stayed in were fantastic, they took care of all our travel throughout the trip, organised the tour guides who were brilliant and both Alex (our Citrus tour coordinator based in the UK) and Shuhul (Our Citrus tour manager based in India) were easily contactable if and when we needed them. This was hugely helpful when our first internal flight got cancelled, we informed the guys at citrus who managed to book us onto a new flight that same day meaning no time was lost exploring India. Also the team were flexible with altering time spent at destinations allowing us to optimise time in locations that we as a family preferred. Overall I have to say that booking with Citrus made our holiday truly enjoyable, they definitely know what they're doing and I will definitely be booking with them in the future.

We just returned from an 8 day Portugal Triple Center trip and have to say, " It was Amazing!" It was very well organized and although there were a few hiccups with the booking and the train trip from Faro to Lisbon, it was Great! The food at the hotels and the pre-booked tours were excellent! Our hosts on the tours in Porto (Francisco) and Lisbon (Jose & Paulo) were excellent! The reception staff at the Porto Dormus Hotel were excellent, very warm, friendly and so helpful! (especially Fabio, who helped book us an Uber ride to the airport for our flight to Faro). The food was great but room not so great.... We really liked the food and accommodation at the Jupiter Algarve Hotel and especially its location. Very close to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops. Their breakfasts and dinners (half board) were excellent! The reception staff Great! The Hotel Principe Lisboa was well situated to major shopping, banks and subway with a grocery store right across the street. Their breakfasts were excellent! Thanks to Flora Lightman for arranging excellent direct flights with Air Portugal TAP! and with helping us with the booking and everything else we needed! Thanks also to Susie, Michael and Laura for helping to arrange transfers, documentation for this trip and answering all our questions. There were a couple of hiccups but are confident this will be ironed out on future trips. We look forward to many more Citrus Holiday Adventures in the near future... Best, Jaya & Ben Balasingam:-)

Outstanding. The guide/driver Titus helped me to see the best of South India. Great hotels and food. Awesome sunsets here. Birds galore. I even forgot my electric toothbrush in Cochi and Titus sorted it. Brilliant.
