Second time in using John Grose and once again another great experience. A massive shout out to James Honeywood who made the whole experience an absolute pleasure, top job all round.

They make sure you are happy with absolutely every, have amazing customer service and just are really great people! I've just purchased my new 72 plate Puma and it's the best thing since sliced bread! Everything went amazingly smooth and I did not have to do hardly anything during the exchange of my old car. 10/10 will recommend everyone to go there!

I waited until the grand old age of 65 before I bought my first new car and although I was worried about doing so, the whole experience was made so easy by John Grose and in particular, James. Everything was explained so well and unlike a couple of other showrooms, at no point was I talked down to or spoken to in a condescending manner. James listened to what I needed and found the perfect car for me, which I absolutely love.

Was a bit sceptic about dealership as could not believe such high raiting. Now after the buying experience I would mark higher than 5 :-). Dealer kept the deal that had been made during order a year ago. Lot's of small things that salesman Connor made (huge thumb up) during current situation in automotive market to make the experience as smooth as possible. Will I buy again at John G? - I think so.

He guided us seamlessly through all aspects of buying the car.He went through the extended warranty cover and gap insurance explaining every thing with no pushing to buy it. This is at least my 5th Car purchase from John Grose Woodbridge and there's a reason I keep going back. Outstanding service from everyone I've ever dealt with there. Latest purchase was from Stuart. Despite the lengthy backlog of orders, Stuart kept me informed regularly of build status, even when there was no update to be had. Being able to sort out all the paperwork online and saving my Dealer visit just for the final handover was really time efficient and meant we could spend more time going through the car features rather than mostly paperwork. The handover was excellent - informative, without being patronising. Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

Having decided to trade in my old S.Max following a mechanical breakdown, Will on the sales team at John Gross Ford Ipswich was very helpful in showing me some nearly new second hand cars that fitted my preferences.
