I recently purchased a Ford Ecosport ST-line from John Grose, Lowestoft. I have previously bought two other cars from the same garage and so was eager to return to see what was on the forecourt. Gary made the job of car hunting a dream. Gary listened to what I was looking for in a car and was able to make recommendations to me which led to me buying my Ecosport. The car is a used model but, lovely and clean as well as being well looked after. Gary was also able to give me clear and concise information about any added extras I could purchase if I wanted to and, I did. There was no hard-sell! I was able to take my time and make up my own mind which I really appreciated. Gary kept in contact with me throughout the purchase period and e-mailed to me all of my documents. During the purchasing process of ordering and receiving a new Kuga hybrid car ( which started just before the first Lockdown in 2020) we have found John Grose customer service to be exemplary. They kept us up to date and informed . They were knowledgeable and patient in talking through our options especially with regard to the hybrid model. They made the administration of documents very clear and manageable. The handover of the vehicle was brilliant… not just informed but also extremely patient and kind!!

Everything went very smoothly with the purchase of my new car and for that alone worth 5 stars. The problem for me is the follow up, I have a couple of questions outstanding and, so far, no follow up, leaving me ill informed.

After finding an appropriate car on their website I contacted the dealership and was guided to Alex Read,we discussed the vehicle we wanted and Alex came up with an excellent deal that also took my PX too! We decided to collect our new car and on arrival we were politely greeted by Alex and completed the deal.
