I would highly recommend Greener Energy Group. The initial meeting with Munro Grierson, renewable energy consultant, was very informative and an asset to the company. All the office staff have been extremely helpful throughout and all queries handled with expertise and great communication skills. The installation team were superb. All friendly, professional and tidy. Well done Bruce, Andy, Jack, Cammy, Andy, Stephen, Drew, Sandy and Charlie. Now that I have a Grant Aerona ASHP and 12 PV panels I hope to have a far more efficient heating system. Thank you.

Annual service on ASHP system. Full system was fitted by greener energy several years back. Never had any issues with it. Most recent service was performed by William. I commend him for his prompt and courteous work. He was on time. Did the job well. Didn’t make a mess. What more can I ask. Thank you William.

The engineer, Willie Digney, who carried out the service was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful when asked questions about our heating system and how to set up the controls and thermostats to our advantage.

I just moved into my house, I bought it as it was an ECO home. I contacted Greenenergy as they installed all equipment. I am very impressed as I had no idea of how it worked. Each member of staff I was in contact with were so, so helpful, I made an appointment to have a service before the winter. The engineers were professional and spent sometime explaining the system and how to get the most out of the system. Outstanding service for a new customer.

Excellent quality of service and good follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied with what has been done. As a company all staff are clearly trained to ensure they are attentive to likely customer needs and what makes a good customer experience. Whensomething is not quite right and attention is brought to this they are excellent in sorting out the issue quickly and effectively.

The service engineer who came to check out and service our ASHP was both friendly and efficient and did his job well his name was William

I had been looking at battery backup for years as I thought producing electricity through the day and not having the use of it was mental. Then when you wanted it , you had to import it that is just madness. yes you may be getting a rate for producing electricity but when you have to pay a higher rate to bring it in . I have a heat pump and Ilways imagined that batteries could run it at night when there is no sun. I contacted Greener Energy and had very positive replies from them on what I was saying, from there I have gone down the road and installed the said batteries which can be upgraded to take on an EV charger at a later date. So all in all this is a company that listens, figures out a solution and gets the job done.

Martin did a great service on my gas boller and hibrid heat source pump. He went beyond just service he talked me through getting the best out of the heat pump and what best temp for gas boller bills are much lower now 😀

we had a superb interaction with greener energy, always helpful on the phone. no waiting in long queues and the fitting team are a great bunch of lads. especially William ( wully) he was part of the instal team and now the service team, so we got a familiar friendly face.

Admittedly i asked for A callback, not 31 over a 10 day working day period!!! As interested as i was in getting a heat pump, this company due to what was verging on harrassment with multiple calls, lost an interested and potential customer due to the large amount of calls. Morning noon and night there was no let up. In the end i had to call to say please remove me from your calling list and i was then told i had asked to be called, that is correct but not THIRTY ONE times. Edit 1548 16/10/24 After being called AGAIN today after asking to be removed from the calling list yesterday, i deem this totally unacceptable. 32 calls with upto 5 calls a day. I will be contacting the ombudsman as stated to the person who called again today. This is harrasment and the screen shot of calls will support my statements as to the number of calls and the period of time they were made. Please do not attmept to justify with YOU ASKED for a call THIRTY TWO is not A SINGULAR CALL Added 1806 I have emailed yourselves a screen shot of all the calls i received. Thanks for the explanation of how you harass people. Maybe if you didnt call so much then i would have spoken to you not got so annoyed that im thinking oh not them again!!! Added 17/10/2024 I have now sent the details onto the Information Commissioners Office THIRTY TWO CALLS in Twelve working days and again after i had been asked to be please stopped calling. I have also emailed yourselves with a screen shot of all the calls received, however as yet no reply. Im sure it says on your website, request A call back not THIRTY TWO

Excellent service

Greener Energy impressed me the most when I reviewed different companies found online and are in the top group listed by which I found all the staff very helpful and supportive with explanation and assisitance with procedures completing forms online and uploading for me when I got overwhelmed with computor malfunctions The staff always took care protecting carpets etc and leaving the site clean and tidy They were also on time I would like to send special thanks to Claire and Melissa in the office and Steve who did my home visits between them they kept me sane when I had computor issues especially dealing with the government grant and loan scheme which is well worth while but their system is not so easy or the communication but GE got me there in the end and the Solar system is working well alongside my airsource heat pump also provided by GE Both systems are working well after care and repairs ie yearly checks are also done with efficiency. I would highly recommend GREENER ENERGY!

Great service from start to finish

After seeing friends horrendous work with another company, we were very hesitant. But 375.00 a month over winter made us look seriously. Ross the agent came out three times and with no pressure we came to greener. The men have all been very helpful and polite and professional. The electrician even found a fault on our boiler and re set it for us. 2 years it took to find someone to help with that. The office girls have been great with us, despite being 70 and 80 they helped us with forms etc., I would certainly recommend your firm to others. Thank you Mrs henderson Stonehaven
