Greener Energy contacted me to remind me it was time for my air source heat pump to get it's annual service, organised in minutes and the engineer arrived on time a couple of day's later and carried out a thorough service. Almost 5 years since they installed my heat pump and over 3 years since they installed solar panels. Great service all round.

From the application process right the way through to installation the greener energy team have been nothing short of fantastic. All customer service teams were very quick to answer any queries or questions and always provided amazing customer service. The installation team that did the fitting, again, cannot be faulted. Very cherry, welcoming people that were eager to make sure everything was being done the way we wanted it and always ran things by us before doing anything to the house. The simplicity of applying for Air Source Heating through GEG is second to none. Everything is all on the one page and you’re not spending ages hunting about for installers as it’s themselves that do it. Cannot recommend enough!

We arranged a survey for battery storage and solar panels, half an hour after the appointment time they called and cancelled. Useless.

Martin out to do service on ASHP. Always pleasant and informative. Help to change times on water heater to correspond with new energy pricing. Showed him I'd noticed radiator coming loose from wall and called it through to office, waiting to hear back. Happy with heating 3 years on.

The engineer, Martin, was very good. He helpfully explained the fault we had reported and carried out a thorough service.

Very efficient and all tasks completed in a short time . Great backup from the finance team and wee bits of resolving minor issues quickly.

Good salesman, office staff were very helpful, installation completed on time after discussion on the work being undertaken, shown how to operate the system with guidance on how it works best, early days and would be best to see operation in colder day, but seems easy to operate and control heat.

Unlike some others, Greener Energy Group were immediately on the job with good initial advice from Munro and office support from Debbie during the application and later claims. It is a big system change that needs confidence and support to achieve in our opinion but all went smoothly apart from one or two minor pipe fitting leaks. These were sorted promptly by the local fitters, Ryan and Bruce, who could not have been more helpful and professional (despite Ryan being new to the job!). We have recommended Greener Enery Group to others.

The process from start to finish went very smoothly on the whole, slight hiccup with battery being damaged when unpacked. The staff from surveying, installation and office staff were helpful and friendly and I was kept informed all through the process. I would be happy to recommend.

Craig was very professional and informed. He explained everything clearly. Interestingly, he noticed that the water in the hot water tank was cold. I had friends visiting me on the day of his service and we'd used up all the hot water. Usefully, he pointed out to me the most efficient way to boost the hot water, and specifically the buttons to push.

Greener Energy Group were recommended to us by friends who had had an installation. We were very pleased with the installation of our solar panels and battery system. The sales staff were very informative and answered all our questions. The installation team were very efficient and dealt sensibly with the issues of laying cables within the house. The company followed up to ensure that we were happy with the end product - which we very much are.

Since we had an Air-source-heat pump installed by Greener Energy Group, we had nothing but issues with the system. The biggest problem was each time there was a problem a different person turned up, not knowing our history. After our last service. The “Engineer”spent less than 20 minutes on the job and then he left without a word. Bearing in mind you have to pay up front before they would even come…. Last week we had an independent company look at the system and discovered the main pump was wired incorrectly, the main reason the system never worked properly. Because of that our Electricity Bills have been much higher than should have been. Very disappointing and expensive experience, DONT TOUCH THEM

Not only am I pleased with the equipment supplied, I was thoroughly impressed with the way the installation team presented themselves, the careful way they worked in the property and the extremely high standard of the work done to put things back after the installation was complete. The joiner did a sterling job of refitting various bits of flooring and the electrical work is super tidy. The office staff were extra helpful when it came to walking me through the various stages of the grant application and that particular online portal, and I feel confident that if there should be any issues going forwards I have the backing of a reliable and trustworthy company. All staff from sales,office and installation were efficient and friendly. The job was done promptly and very tidy at end of job.

Communication with the sales and office personnel was positive, courteous and professional. In general the installation went well and the personnel involved were courteous and professional, we had a couple of issues which were eventually resolved. We felt that everything was done as quickly as possible and more time could have been spent discussing the installation during and after. After the work was completed more could have been done finishing the areas e.g. where pipes positions were moved/adjusted, also tidying up could have been better.

Exceptional service from start to finish! From Debbie in the office to Sean and Ali the fitters - nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained well. The electricians were great too, but I can’t remember their names - a pair of comedians!

We first contacted the Greener Energy team when we were looking to change our old heating system. After a quick chat, we were booked in for a visit. The sales rep Munro was super clear and extremely helpful with explaining funding and the overall process of installation. He explained how the system worked and gave us a high level explanation of how the system would be installed and associated timescales. The follow up calls with the office were always super quick and clear, they even helped us with the funding forms and helped us out with a dispute with HES (which was resolved). Every time I had to call back, I was always met with good knowledge and all call backs to myself were met. The installation team were brilliant. Firstly Matt did an excellent job of our tech survey and advised of everything that was being installed and where. Even after a misunderstanding regarding one of the radiator sizes (which was my fault), he organised to have a replacement put in the following week, which was done at no added cost. Andy, Ryan and Bruce the plumbers were all good humour and very respectful of our property. The electricians Steven, Leon and Justin were great craic and treated us like old friends as opposed to customers, which we really appreciated. Steven took the time to explain everything that was happening and made sure to let us know about all the installation details. He went through the setup clearly and showed us what we needed to do with the new system. Finally, the follow up from the office and accounts team was always polite and clear about what was happening next and how to finalise payments. There was no confusion there. Overall, we are extremely happy with the experience with Greener Energy, and very happy that we'll have a nice warm house this winter! Very highly recommended.

Just had a really helpful first visit from your consultant Craig. Well informed, explained everything clearly and laid out options for me. Professional and fave me confidence. Only negative is that some of your online information is out of date, suggesting grants which no longer exist.
