Initially arriving at optical express before my surgery I was warmly greeted by very kind staff members Sobia and Eliza. As anyone would be I was nervous about the surgery itself and how the procedure would be however the team at optical express reassured me that everything was going to go well, few weeks after my surgery I am unbelievably happy with my results and how much my life has changed for the better no longer being bound by glasses always sliding down my nose to now having the visual freedom I’ve desired for many years of my life. I am very thankful to the optical express team at Bradford and Leeds and would recommend this to anyone considering taking the step towards laser eye surgery.

Visited Meadowhall branch today Friday 4th April, welcomed by staff immediately and literally 25 minutes later was leaving having been made well aware of the outcome of my eye test, I would definitely recommend anyone who needs an informative test on their eyes to give these a visit, thanks you very much all the staff who made my visit worthwhile

I felt I was told what I wanted to hear and not the actual facts up until they got my money .On the day of my surgery when I found out the truth of what was happening I then was told by the surgeon I had the beginning of caterach and would need my lenses replaced within 6months any way which is a total lie not impressed at all I am now 6weeks plus in and my sight is worse the before the op

Had a 24 hour post op check up in Maidenhead. Seeing better than 20/20 already, optometrist (Jas) was thorough and caring. Also a special shout out to Callum who organised everything perfectly and was prompt in replying to every email and resolving any queries I had in the run up to treatment. Cannot recommend more

A special thank you to Amandeep, the optometrist, for the thorough and professional eye examination. She was patient, attentive, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. But I must give a huge shoutout to Amaan – his communication skills and the way he handled my treatment were absolutely outstanding. He was not only professional but also very reassuring and genuinely caring. His ability to explain every step and make me feel comfortable throughout the process was beyond impressive. He truly went above and beyond. Overall, I’m more than satisfied with the level of care and service I received. From my first appointment in Liverpool Exchange station to surgery for lens implants in Manchester Bridgewater everyone were professional ,friendly and knowledgeable and I was put at ease at every stage . I found the procedure totally pain free … just that sticky sterile face cover getting ripped off 😜 My eyesight next day was amazing and have the driving standard following the after care follow up . I recommend this to anyone finding their glasses a nuisance .

I used both Bristol for initial assessment and subsequent surgery and Cardiff for post surgery checks. Throughout the whole experience (including the central telephone support) I found Optical Express personnel to be professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would echo other comments that this company is the absolute top class, granted it is not an inexpensive service but definitely good value for money. My “new eyes” have given me back great vision and I was amazed how quickly it took effect. The small sacrifice of now having to wear reading glasses (which was explained beforehand) was well worth it. Anyone contemplating or needing lens replacement, particularly the latest clear lens solution should definitely consider Optical Express.

Had laser eye surgery at the Milton Keynes branch. I had a great experience. Very quick and efficient service with good aftercare. Perfect vision within a couple of days. More expensive than the adverts suggested.
