Very professional made me felt relaxed everything explained fully

I booked my appointment online which was an easy process. I needed an upgrade on my existing prescription. On day of collection I found Joanne and her colleague very friendly and helpful. Joanne made sure I was happy with glasses and adjusted them a couple of times to make sure they fitted properly. Thanks very much. This was the Bellshill branch.

Very thorough and really lovely friendly staff.

Being very nervous they were all, including the surgeon able help me feel more relaxed. I was very happy with the surgery which only lasted lest than 20 mins for both eyes with NO pain or discomfort.

Sharon and Victoria were very helpful and friendly. My eye test was done quickly and on the whole it was a great experience.

I always recommend Optical Express to anyone. For me it’s a no brainer. Having used them twice now once for Lasik 20 years ago and more recently for lens replacement. It really is the best decision you can make, will change your life 100% for the better to be rid of glasses and contacts. I’ve always had such excellent customer service, every member of staff is friendly and helpful both in my consultations and check up at Worcester and also on the day of surgery in Birmingham every staff member goes out of their way to put you at ease, answer any questions and make you as comfortable as possible.

Great service throughout, from the initial eye (beep) test, to Ruth the optometrist and to all the other floor staff. Each and every one of the ladies that work in this Shawlands branch have always made me feel welcome and they know that friendly, caring staff makes happy customers. Went too my appointment at Optical Express in Bellshill today. On arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff who made me feel welcome, particularly Sharon and Victoria. It took no time for my checks to be done and as a result made me feel very relieved with this. I was given excellent advice on eye care and spoke to my Optometrist who was very professional and explained every test that was being done . It was a very pleasant and reassuring experience and I would recommend this company particularly the Bellshill shop for any eye care you may require.

Popped in to get some sunglasses fixed. Amina did the best she could for free given they were a brand they didn't stock. Lovely staff and fixed for a freebie!

Instead of paying £200 for glasses, just get an eye test and order from a site like direct sight for less than £40.

Very impressive and professional set up which put me right at ease. Everyone was really helpful, friendly and keen to make me feel as reassured as possible. The results are life changing and I’m very grateful for the great care I received.

After contacting a specialist to enquire about potential laser or lens replacement. I have spoken with Hardeep and the Surgeon in Dartford about the process. Feeling sceptical, my mind was put at ease about the process by a thorough description from two professional people. I have booked a second appointment for my wife so's to consider having dual surgery to replace our lenses together. Ill update in due course.

All the staff are very helpful and informative, healing time was a little longer than expected but everyone heals differently and the opticians are very happy with how mine have healed, 20/20 vision back

Received a reminder from Optical Express about my free eye test, which I'd forgotten was now annual due to an eye problem. The test was on time on the arranged date, everything was well explained and I was able to quickly obtain the lenses I needed to correct the problem. Very happy with the service given, and previous experience at the Shawlands, Glasgow branch has shown that aftercare between routine appointments is good if a problem should arise with either my vision or spectacles purchased.

The first contact with the 2 receptionists was natural. They kept a high level of service throughout the interaction and the ophthalmologist followed upon the same high quality level. Wow ! Thank you,
