On day of collection I found Joanne and her colleague very friendly and helpful. Joanne made sure I was happy with glasses and adjusted them a couple of times to make sure they fitted properly. United Kingdom | 12 January 2025I always recommend Optical Express to anyone. For me it’s a no brainer. Having used them twice now once for Lasik 20 years ago and more recently for lens replacement. It really is the best decision you can make, will change your life 100% for the better to be rid of glasses and contacts. I’ve always had such excellent customer service, every member of staff is friendly and helpful both in my consultations and check up at Worcester and also on the day of surgery in Birmingham every staff member goes out of their way to put you at ease, answer any questions and make you as comfortable as possible.

On arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff who made me feel welcome, particularly Sharon and Victoria. It took no time for my checks to be done and as a result made me feel very relieved with this. I was given excellent advice on eye care and spoke to my Optometrist who was very professional and explained every test that was being done . It was a very pleasant and reassuring experience and I would recommend this company particularly the Bellshill shop for any eye care you may require.

Feeling sceptical, my mind was put at ease about the process by a thorough description from two professional people. I have booked a second appointment for my wife so's to consider having dual surgery to replace our lenses together. Ill update in due course.

The test was on time on the arranged date, everything was well explained and I was able to quickly obtain the lenses I needed to correct the problem. Very happy with the service given, and previous experience at the Shawlands, Glasgow branch has shown that aftercare between routine appointments is good if a problem should arise with either my vision or spectacles purchased.
