When I had to change my appointment for numerous personal reasons, Donna did not hesitate to sort this for me with quick email responses. The procedure was quick and painless, however once the local had worn off, the pain was real for 48 hours. This soon subsided after a couple of days and I knew I was on the road to full recovery. The post surgery appointments at clinic were friendly, efficient and positive. Overall I would highly recommend the procedure to anyone. Great friendly, supportive and efficient service. Thank You

The consultant did not show me the scans of my eyes until I asked him, he was showing me another picture of an eye but was happy to tell me the treatment would cost over £7,700! There was no discussion about my eye health. What is the point of having first class equipment if you don't share the results with your customers! I will be going to another provider.

Information provided was excellent and everyone was always happy to explain everything along the way. Overall I would highly recommend Exeter clinic, I am very happy with my vision and with all the expertise and care I received along the way. A big thankyou to all the clinicians and staff at Exeter clinic.

United Kingdom | 07 January 2025total con , I had booked for a Lens replacement surgery we paid a deposit of £500 , they asked us to pay a deposit and it says on the contract that the money will be refunded in full if we change our mind even 3 days before the surgery ,after so many emails and calls still waiting for my refund ...... do not get fooled

Tazmia, the optician, and Sanya at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Both provided impeccable service, making me feel very well taken care of. These two members of staff really made my experience comfortable and gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. Highly recommended!

United Kingdom | 06 January 2025From the moment I stepped in to Optical Express, I was met by a very friendly staff who were able to bring my appointment forward which was so helpful to me. I was taken through a series of tests and screenings which were conducted by Aamna Syed who was so polite, friendly, kind and patient and made the whole experience like chatting to a friend rather than a series of medical tests. Everything was explained well and whilst the entire appointment is quite lengthy, everyone on the staff made you feel welcome and were very helpful and never made you feel like you were being ‘sold to’. If I do decide to go through with the procedure, it will definitely be with Optical Express. Many thanks Optical Express White City!

He seemed incredibly knowledgeable and was very kind and caring. Exceeded expectations for my visit. I hope management will consider bringing back this location’s full stock of frames as well!

United Kingdom | 05 January 2025I had my first consultation in Leicester where i found the staff were extremely helpful and reassuring. I then had my lasik treatment at Nottingham where I was very well looked after, the surgery went very well and I felt very at ease and comfortable. I would 100% recommend optical express and the lasik treatment. After being a glasses wearer for around 10 years I think this is life changing! The difference after just a couple of hours is unbelievable.

United Kingdom | 05 January 2025My husband and I had the operation 31/2 years ago at a cost of £7.000 each, recently my husband has had blurred vision in one eye and when he went back to get a checked he was told when they operate they always leave a slight gap and now that has moved which is quite common so to have it removed would be £800. Apparently it’s all in the small print!!! I am also worried as if this is a common problem and you get it in both eyes it could cost another £1600 for each of us. So if anyone is thinking of having the operation please read the small print and worry that it’s not only the price they give you when you first have the operation but a few years down the line you have more large costs. My husband was told he was operated on by the best guy in the country and this has still happened. My review regarding the operation and treatment at the beginning was very good but the attitude from them now is that’s the price to get it sorted. Think very very carefully about getting it done if your not expecting more costs later. Very very poor 😩😩😩😩
