Vous m´avez répondu que tout va bien et que l´hôtel vous a confirmé la réservation. Je me pose encore des questions en effet vous n´aviez ni le nom de la réservation ni la date, comment l´hôtel peut il vous confirmer quoi que ce soit ? Ahmed

United States | 12 May 2024The company uses words that are misleading and deceptive!! I booked a room through this company and it’s say price with taxes and fees. But to my surprise when I stayed at the hotel it had extra resort fees that was not included are mentioned in my booking. Extra $52. The booking company list their prices up front to appear cheaper. So I sent them a screenshot of the booking and this was Prestigia response. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.” My response “Unfortunately, the word “with” is being misused and implies that it is included. Synonyms for “with” are “included”. A more accurate word would be - “plus” if it were in addition to. Your verbiage is intentionally misleading. I went with your website based on the price listed and I’m sure it is labeled this way to appear cheaper, which they are actually not. The resort fee in this case is $52, more than half your rate. All of your competitors list this information plainly and obviously in their bookings to avoid surprises.” Well, they still won’t refund me!!

Belgium | 11 May 2024Prestigia, you accepted my 3 weeks long booking and direct payment and 2 weeks later, 5 days before I am suppose to start my holliday you just cancel my booking and I have to find an other hotel myself because the one you suggested was lesser good then the one I booked. After that strange suggestion all trust was gone. Then it took you almost 2 weeks to pay me back without even suggesting to compensate me in any sort of way. I had to find an other hotel for 3 weeks myself and that also was a big stress because of the short period of time of leaving in 5 days ! I also contacted Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua Bali about my booking and you never ever booked something there in my name (yes, I went personaly over there !!) so you can imagine my frustration because this was my first trip to Bali and first time ever booking with Prestigia. All this to me just feels like a huge “ fock off and sort it out yourself”. So I’m wondering what you can offer me to compensate me for al the things I’ve gone true. Greetings Wannes Vervoort

El reembolso completo fue realizado a mi tarjeta de crédito, después de alguna insistencia, aunque debo reconocer que siempre contestaron de mamera asertiva los correos. Ismail fue muy atento en este proceso. Espero en algún momento utilizar de manera efectiva el bono que me obsequiaron con la disculpa.

France | 08 May 2024Après un vol annulé j’ai procéder à l’annulation de mes deux réservations (2 chambres), cela fait maintenant presque 15 jours que j’attends le remboursement qui était annoncé en 3 à 5 jours. J’ai appelé le numéro indiqué mais personne ne parle français !!! Le tarif était attractif mais j’ai payé plus de 1200€ d’avance, je ne trouve pas comment contacter quelqu’un qui parle français
