Spain | 08 May 2024He de decir que tras leer los comentarios tan negativos sobre prestigia y tras haber hecho una reserva hace poco de una semana se me ha infundido un miedo tremendo y ante la duda, he llamado directamente al hotel donde he reservado. Decir que todo está en orden y según lo contratado, la reserva se cobró y confirmó inmediatamente hace uka semana y a día de hoy el hotel me confirma todos los datos y fechas y todo está correcto. Así que por mi parte de estafa nada, muy buenos precios y efeftividad.

Sweden | 03 May 2024We recently visited for a 4-day trip and purchased tickets through Prestiga. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Prestiga takes their cut the same day you purchase a number of nights at the hotel, and when you visit the hotel, they charge you at the reception. I bought my ticket on January 31, 2024, with a city tax of 2.5. However, on the first day, they charged me 8.5. When I asked for an explanation, they said the rates changed in 2024 and I had purchased the tickets the previous year. Even though I showed proof of purchasing the tickets on January 31st, Mehdi, their receptionist, said, "Unfortunately, we can't do anything." I ended up paying an extra 70 Euros for two people for 3 nights, which left me very dissatisfied.

United Kingdom | 02 May 2024Everything went wrong here. Came to the hotel and they could not find my booking. paid extra to stay one night until booking can be found. The next day I asked the company about my booking and received an email saying that the booking can not be completed because of unavailability. this is only after I emailed them as no one bothered to tell me earlier. also hotel still available on their platform at more expensive price which I have to pay now if I want to stay in the same hotel. totally avoid booking through them as they trick you with lower prices which does not probably exist. Update to their response: Their response is copy paste response and issuing refund does not solve the problem. It will cause you stress and significant financial losses so never buy with them. Discount or promotional codes they offered actually did not work at all and I sent screenshots to their support team. That code has no attached value to it. Avoid!

J’ai vu ma réservation sauter à une semaine de mes vacances car soit disant l’hôtel n’à confirmé l’indisponibilité de la chambre que trop tard. Et pour finir il nous propose en dédommagement 2 hôtels qui n’ont rien à voir avec le standing que j’avais réservé à 50 km du lieu de l’hotel que j’avais réservé. Donc ce sont les pires escro à qui j’ai eu affaire. Je continuerai donc à passer par booking comme j’en avais l’habitude avant d’avoir affaire à ces bons à rien.

Bei der finalen Bezahlung des Hotelzimmers kam die Meldung, dass die Transaktion über die Kreditkarte fehlgeschlagen sei. Daraufhin habe ich es ein zweites Mal versucht, welches erfolgreich verlief. Später, als ich meine Kreditkartenabrechnung geprüft habe, sehe ich, dass zwei mal abgebucht wurde. Nach Kontakt mit dem Support wurde mir gesagt, dass das Hotel nun die Stornierung der ersten Buchung akzeptieren muss, damit ich eine meiner Zahlungen wieder bekomme. Wir fliegen nur zu zweit in den Urlaub. Es ergibt keinen Sinn zwei mal Hotelzimmer zu buchen. Dies war also auch nicht mein Interesse. Nach langer Wartezeit wird mir mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel dies ablehnt. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass der Fehler der Webseite so auf den Kunden abgewälzt wird. Ich kann dieses Portal nicht empfehlen und werde zukünftig einen großen Bogen um den Laden machen. In meinem Fall geht es immerhin um 577€, die ich jetzt scheinbar verliere. Ich werde über andere Wege versuchen meine Zahlung wieder zu bekommen. Das kann so nicht Rechtens sein.

Then write you that it cannot be confirmed, but here is a similar hotel (not similar, much worse location and much much worse hotel). Then ignore your request for refund. Don’t bother. The reply is the exactly the same as reply to other reviews. Despite what they claim, no refund at all.
