The updating calls and texts re plan and installation were very helpful and tge two technicians who came to tge hoyswwere excellent and helpful.

Efficiency and good manners. Everything was well explained and difficulties sorted out.

The system itself and the monitoring are great. Recently needed an engineer to call out and had to pay €150 before an appointment could be made. I'm not really sure what the monthly fee covers now that my 3 year contract has ended and the engineer couldn't really explain it adequately. The call out fee seems excessive and I had to wait 2 weeks before the engineer could call. The engineer himself was very good, friendly and didn't rush his work.

Had to wait weeks for a engineer to come to fix an issue created by the previous engineer ( I had to wait weeks for this visit) I had a non functioning system for nearly 3 months My alarm was faulty Going off at night etc Had to wait weeks with zones turned off Eventually an engineer came and fitted new batteries The fault reoccurred and could not be fixed externally as the battery fittings were the problem The fault was caused by the engineer yet I still had to wait weeks for it to be fixed

We have had Home Secure for some time, however I was really impressed during the dreadful storm when our alarm went off and we got a a call almost immediately from Home Secure who were able to tell which door had set the alarm off. Luckily it was the storm. But so nice to know you can trust your alarm system.

Excellent company with competitive prices and great back up service , lovely helpful staff that act immediately in the best interest of the homeowner.

In my opinion they are a brilliant company to deal with. No matter how small the problem is, it’s dealt with in a very professional manner and you are not made to feel stupid.

Engineer who came to install system was very efficient and helpful with guiding me through working the security system. The engineer arrived exactly on time. He reinstalled the two sensors and magnets on the newly installed window and door and did a full test of the entire home alarm system. Very polite, helpful and efficient.

First class service, fast problem solvers

We recently moved into a new house and still had some work ongoing. The installation was quick and easy and they were helpful when we needed to move some things around when changing some doors. We've set the alarm off ourselves a few times by mistake and the monitoring is great, they are very prompt with a check in call.

We feel very secured leaving our house for a long time knowing that someone is keeping an eye on it. One time my husband accidentally triggered the alarm, the team immediately rang me (i was at work so i did not have a clue whats going on) and they contacted the guards who came rightaway. This shows how safe we feel knowing that they act promptly in these occassions.
