Pricing is competitive, great selection, shipping is fast and fair, and we have been very pleased. Their online shop could use some help, but if you can forgive that, it's worth a shot ordering from them. I have three kids who swim competitively and finding suits no one else has, especially for practice, is a big plus!

United States | 25 February 2015Review has nothing to do with item ordered . . . attempts to contact Metro Swim after placing ordered went unanswered. I read reviews online and found that this seems to be their way of doing business. Three emails were sent with NO RESPONSE. Fourth and final email asked that order be canceled. However, that did not happen. When order arrived it was denied and returned - box was NEVER opened. Have a feeling this is not over since the item ordered was a Tech Suit and only credits are offered. If they had communicated promptly I would not even be writing this awful review.

Got this e-mail to give you my opinion 2 days after my order and have waited to review it. My item is missing in transit! USPS does not provide any updated info- Looks as though package is lost.

United States | 25 February 2015I only received half my order and wasn't given notification that the item was "sold out" until I received one of the exact two items I ordered. Interestingly, two of the same item were available when I placed my order. I did receive a credit for the item I didn't receive but not my shipping cost, until I placed a call. Prices are good but not at all impressed with the customer service or lack thereof!!

Three days later I got an email saying that all of them were sold out and you cancelled my order. No explanation, no substitute. My son didn't get it for his birthday. Not happy :-(

The next day I got a phone call explaining that they no longer have that item however had the item in a different color, and wondered if I would like that one instead. They pulled that item while I was on the phone and packed it up and had it ready to ship that evening. I was unsure how the Sue would fit my daughter, and they assured me that if it didn't fit I could send it back with no problems at all. When buying a competition suit for a child, this kind of Service ensures that I will purchase from metro swim shop again!

They got my delivery totally wrong, I did not receive my order until already into the event that I needed it for. If I did not go looking for it halfway through the event I would not have gotten it at all as the rep. made no effort to locate me and deliver the items ordered. Note: sizes run incredibly small as well! Med. is a small and large is a medium.

It's been two weeks and have not received a tracking, an email or anything even after 2-3 emails to them asking what is up with my order. I do not recommend them at all, the communication is terrible!

They have a knowledgeable staff who are friendly, helpful and willing to help however they can. Their prices are competitive, and they have amazing sales every day. They also have the best stock of any other on line swim shop I've seen.

The person helping me seemed to be struggling to take down my shipping information accurately. After he got everything in, something crashed and he was going to have to get the information from me again. Because I wasn't confident he had gotten it correctly the first time and I needed to make sure it arrived prior to the championship meet, I decided to order online. Everything online worked fine.
