I ordered 2 6x4 prints as all the machines were broken in the Boots store in Cheltenham. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive!

Delivery very delayed, no explanation offered

1. Order late, £10 credit given. I go into store to spend as I can't trust another delivery to arrive on time. Told only valid online. So now useless. As I have just had to lots of prints. 2. Printer broke while using it. Took three members of staff and an hour wait. While I watched them have personal conversations and just left me waiting for ages.

I always get excellent photos from boots photo print. Delivery is very quick.

The album came out in good quality. However the page arrangement came wrong for pages. 4 pages got shuffled. Otherwise, quality and everything is perfect. thanks.

It took over a week longer than the time frame quoted to get the photos to me. There was no contact so I had to chase to find out what was happening. There had been a problem with a machine which caused the delay which is understandable but as presumably numerous people were affected, a quick email confirming what has happened what have been helpful.

The delivery time! They came so late in the end we couldn't use them as part of the present and had to pay again to have them printed somewhere else

Very pleased with the service! I ordered photo stickers and they are very good quality. The Boots Photo app is very useful to create sticker sheets, I recommend it. Printing takes a bit (10-14 days) but I was updated on the delivery status of the order, which arrived as notified.

Delivery time was changed a few times but got the photos we wanted.

The actual quality of the photos is excellent, however the customer service was awful. We waited 2 weeks for photos and were only told there was a problem with the machine when we enquired then we requested a refund for shipping as it had taken so long.

Poor communication over problems and delays. There was a production problem that meant my order was significantly delayed and I received no updates or communication about it. The photos ended up arriving too late for purpose and are a waste. I only found out about the problems and delays when I contacted them, and was then told it was too late to cancel the order and it could only be dealt with once received, so I've had to use more time to arrange a return in order to get a refund. Extremely disappointing service.

I used the website to create a couple of photobooks. It was easy to navigate throughout, with plenty of options to make them individual. The prices were also reasonable and delivery was on time. Would use again.

Horrific - I got married and my 6 year old had a disposable camera took lots of pictures and super excited to get her prints. Went on date told to get them to be told that date is an estimate and could be a week later than they date they give!! Went back still no photos / no apology no explanation nothing! Took my number after me asking more questions and said they would contact me! Shock heard nothing. Went back after a month and they gave me a number to call. When I called them couldn’t be less helpful , just distribution sent them to Amazon and Amazon haven’t received so go back to store!! I asked for the delivery details so I can speak with Amazon (not sure where Amazon fits in as they were going back to store) anyone no one cares no one is following up and my 6 year old is so upset and those are memories she can’t get back! Never used boots again for photos that’s for sure!

Great products, photobook was lovely, great quality. It only took a lot longer than stated to be delivered.
