Disappointed as I needed them for a special occasion. They eventually arrived but of no use to me as I had to go to another company to get them in time.

Jersey | 07 September 2024First time using Boots online. Whilst setting up profile was a bit time consuming, ordering process was pretty easy, and the pricing looked reasonable. Offered a UK delivery date of 6-8 days which wasn’t unreasonable. Nothing showed up on due dates. No contact, no updates. After 14 days an unsolicited email telling us they were delayed (no S..t), and giving a new delivery date. In the end these took 17 days from order, which for fairly routine photos is somewhat lengthy given they take about 5 mins in the shop. Also we had no separate notification that they had been delivered. We were out so the courier decided to leave them by the dustbin, in the rain. We found them by accident. Whilst Boots might not be the courier, they are their agent, and form part of the end to end delivery experience. Overall a pretty unimpressive experience, sure photos aren’t life or death, but I’d advise caution if you needed these done in a hurry. Go to a Boots shop. Not sure we’d use them again if this is the standard.

I have emailed numerous times, to which I was told you are now processing my order, was told to wait for delivery for me to send back for a refund. Haven’t received a delivery. Awful service. Won’t be using you again. I got my photos from Asda within a few days and they are half the price. PLEASE REFUND MY ACCOUNT

United Kingdom | 07 September 2024Was supposed to get a refund as I never received the pictures but never did. Won’t be using this service ever again. Apparently the printing machine stopped and they had to be developed in Germany.

United Kingdom | 07 September 2024The creation of the photo album was a little torturous. I have a 32” screen but I could barely see the icons of the program on the screen. Rather annoying! The price was steep. Very steep. About three times the cost of the previous albums with another provider (who unfortunately don’t do faux leather any more). But the final product is very good.

United Kingdom | 07 September 2024Not even worth 1 star. Photos did not arrive when expected- they eventually arrived 10 days after estimated the delivery date. Phoned customer service multiple times who just said the machine had broken. I was offered no refund or alternative arrangement. I was told a manager would be contacting me and I am still yet to hear from them regarding this (3 weeks later). The photos were for a very important event and I had to find somewhere last minute to print at a much higher cost. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend and will never use again. Edit: the response says that I have received a postage refund. I have not had any money back at all.

United Kingdom | 06 September 2024I was given a date when my photos should be ready. Boots went passed that date and kept telling me that they would be dispatched in next few days. Eventually I asked to cancel the order, then demanded the order be cancelled. The reply was that the order could not be cancelled because the delivery address had already been printed. The photos eventually arrived 2 weeks late.

United Kingdom | 06 September 2024I needed these photos for a competiton and ordered them on the basis that the estimated time to delivery woudl have them arrive 4 days before the competition. In fact they arrived a week later and I had to get them printed elsewhere as well. Not impressed with your reply fobbing me off to someone else to 'resolve my issue'. Too late for that...
