Great service. Just as described on-line.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From day one, I encountered issues and miscommunications. First, I was promised 30 days of storage at the drop-off location, which turned out not to be the case. Then, I was informed that I would receive a month of storage for free, but it was actually included in the bill. The most frustrating part was the delay in receiving my container at my new location, which was supposed to take 6 to 9 days but ended up taking over three weeks. To make matters worse, the flexibility for drop-off was nonexistent. I ended up having to pick up my belongings from their warehouse myself to avoid additional charges. The entire experience was frustrating, misleading, and not at all what I expected. I would not recommend their services.

Virtually everything!!! Their website is easy to understand and navigate. Customer service is top notch and knowledgeable. They are on time and you have visibility at every stage. Their drivers are professional and personable. This service is so convenient. Everyone should use them!!!

Definitely impressed with the service especially from the drivers 👍 My only negative was with the agent booking service. The agent assured me that an 8 ft. Container would work for a 1 bedroom apartment but it turned out to be too small and I had to have a swap out for the next size. However a 16 ft. Container was sent instead of a 12 ft. So ended up having to pay extra for the swap and also for a larger than requested container. Agents should be aware that an 8 ft. Container is only good for an efficiency or studio apartment

Our delivery guys were great. The actual destination delivery guy was awesome. We have a steep driveway and he was able to get it situated perfectly! This is our 3rd or 4th time using PODs

The POD was delivered on time and placed correctly. Having the ‘D’ rings inside enabled good placement of stabilizing straps. Consequently the load was very stable.

The customer service rep was responsive and professional. They did what I asked them to do. They did a great job!

Overall PODS has been easy to use and great on customer service. Lots of flex as our plans changed with a cross-country move! Delivery driver was especially great.

I have now used PODS for 4 moves. Every one of them has been done so well. Customer service is amazing. From initial contact to meeting the drivers at the sites, I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve used them locally and from CA to NV and back. Highly recommend PODS

Pods made scheduling precise. The drop offs and pickups were precise. The large container fit my needs the best. This was my third time I have used Pods for a 2200 mile transport. The price was reasonable for the convenience of storage time, miles traveled, and time saved. The local delivery drivers were also great to work with. It was also nice to reach a live agent on the phone quickly when I had a question. Scheduling can be adjusted over the website if needed. I found that easy to do on my second Pod delivery. I never lost an item in any of my three shipments. I am very satisfied with my decision to use Pods.

The driver who picked up the pod was so polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciate him. I finally got it picked up after having it since 2018 during hurricane Harvey in Corpus Christi, TX.

PODs worked with us on price, dropped the container off within the estimated windows and made the process seamless for us. Would highly recommend using them.

The staff is professional and helpful. Everything was delivered at the time that was scheduled. The drivers were so helpful in every part of the process. Eric was extremely helpful today.

I could not of asked for a better experience dealing with Pods!!! I was in control of all the time lines from delivery to pickup and could make changes if the circumstances were needed! Seamless scheduling and ever step happened exactly as it was supposed to, so A+ all around.

Several of our furniture items were severely damaged as part of the move. It appears that the pod was “dropped” near the front of the unit. This resulted in damaged ceramics and 3 broken wooden furniture pieces
