A couple of days ago all my websites stopped working and they cant tell me when it will be fixed. To top it all off they sent an update email to the email address that's not working. bunch of muppets. Would not recommend to anyone.

Australia | 04 April 2025I've been with these guys for hrmmm around 12 or so years. During my time I have had soooo little downtime. Customer service has improved tremendously during this time and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them, and I do if conversation arises. My ticket# I-20110714 didn't even end up relating to Crazy Domains but my support person directed me in who I should contact and because I'm hearing impaired, they even emailed the questions I needed to ask, as I wasn't able to hear them over the phone. Truly, above and beyond.

Australia | 04 April 2025I have been using Crazy Domains for about 11 years. Yes there have been small issues but these were fixed with a chat or call to support. But earlier this week I received a phone call and was advised that the email hosting was requiring to be changed, to a MS based product- Premium exchange. and for that I would also have to pay an extra $1608 au for 36 service!!!! I was told that everything would be a back end transfer and nothing would change front end. Well my passwords were changed and now for two days I have the most useless email hosting ever. So I am now moving my whole hosting requirements to another provider. There are two active domains and another three registered on hold. My lesson learnt, if it is not broken do not fix it.

Australia | 03 April 2025I have been a customer of Crazy Domains for 15 years. Late last year they end of lifed the email hosting package I was using. I was forced to migrate to a different service and pay $100 on top of the new hosting costs to migrate my email onto the new service. A week ago the server that was hosting my email failed. I was not advised of the issue, I only found out after phoning to report the outage. For a week now, the service has been unavailable. I have not been able to get any information on when the service will be restored, nor why there are delays. The customer service team keep regurgitating how sorry they are for the inconvenience and empathising with how frustrating this must be. Without actually doing anything to assist. When things are working, crazy domains is great. The website is polished, it is easy to stand up new services. But god help you, if anything breaks. You will get more satisfaction finding a brick wall and bashing your head against it, than engaging with their customer service team. EDIT: Thank you for responding to my review. I appreciate your willingness to look into the issue I raised. I have sent you an email with the relevant details and I have subsequently received your acknowledgment and await the final outcome of your review.
