This is the 3rd time I’ve bought from Bensons! I have bench marked each time and the service, price and aftercare s 2nd to none. No harsh sales pitches like other companies, helpful, friendly and kind staff treat you with dignity and respect. I would like to personally mention Leanne at the Ashton-under-Lyme branch! Excellent customer service on both visits by phil, who was super informative and helpful without any 'salesy pushiness'. He helped us pick our new bed and we felt we got a great deal! Thanks so much! Also a big thanks to the lovely lady who on my first visit (sat 5th april) took care of my 5yo daughter letting her colour at the desk with her whilst I tried out mattresses. Shopping with my daughter who has Austism is often a tricky experience (we had already been moaned at by staff in a neighbouring bedshop) but nothing was an issue at Bensons. Excellent team!

Bed wouldn't fit in when delivered so had to return limited options as to what was available as a replacement the only one available was an additional £350 I couldn't get a refund as I would have been charged 20% of the initial cost which is poor so I have to have a bed no choice of headboards additional £350 and now I have been told I have to wait 3 months for delivery, very annoying

Great knowledgeable advice and plenty of choice. The salesperson Liv was very good and listened to our needs to find a bed which suited our needs and budget.

I haven’t had an experience yet my bed hasn’t been delivered. I will write you when bed is delivered on the day. It should be and how good the service is from there on out.

Richard was professional really helpful, was very knowledgable and understood what I wanted from a new mattress (several as I was buying for our young adults in the family also). He spent time with me explaining all the options and really worked hard until I was completely satisfied. Not pushy at all. He also followed up the following day to make me aware of better terms that had just been made available.

The staff in store were very helpful

This company constantly delivered excellent service through the people who have been well trained and keen to deliver excellent customer services. Steven & Graham who delivered the mattress were highly skilled in how to move heavy bedding into the bedroom, getting this upstairs and avoiding glass ballastrades, radiators and mirrors, was tricky but appreciated their care during the delivery. Overall Bensons have been a very reliable company to deal with.

We made 2 visits to Bensons for beds the first time Graham was very helpful and friendly but we didn’t purchase that day because we had to check sizing unfortunately Graham wasn’t working on our second visit but Laura was very helpful and also friendly. We haven’t received our bed yet.

we phoned the gloucester branch and spoke to Mat, we needed a king-size bed to be able to collect that same day, I was advised that you did have one in stock so we went to the store and spike to Mat sho showed us what was available, he was lovely and very friendly and helpful, he helped my husband put it in the car, a good bed for a great price. thankyou to Mat for all his help
