we are repeat Bensons customers, when we went in the store it was very welcoming . Darrell approached us and said any assistance he was around- nice not to be pressured . we found a few beds we liked, explained our aches and Darrell pointed us to a few more beds we made a purchase and were happy with the service we got and the price

Within 30 minutes of my £3000 purchase being delivered i noticed the Mattress was faulty. I sent photo`s by email and then i called Benson for Beds and was on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered. They didn't really listen to me and just said i needed to complete a form, send photos and they would then get back to me. I explained i had already sent them Photo`s but they supposedly were not good enough. They wanted photo`s of the label, mattress, devan base etc. Why should any customer have this hassle when a product was faulty upon delivery and had not even been used. The form they sent to me was a generic form and most of the questions were not even relevant as the Mattress had not even been slept in once. A few days later they came back to me agreeing with the faults and offered a new mattress which i accepted. They are now delivering the new mattress 3 weeks after the first one was delivered. On the day the replacement is being delivered i have to run my son to school so i told them i wouldn't be home between 7.30am and 9am. All the person on the phone says is "well we cannot do anything about that so if the delivery drivers contact you on the day and the time is not convenient we will have to re-arrange it for you". Thankfully not all companies have poor customer service like Benson for Beds. This is a problem you have caused, this Mattress has a manufacturing defect and yet you are completely inflexible to meet a customers requirements. Ok they have agreed to replace a faulty item but it shouldn't have been faulty upon delivery anyway. Rubbish service and i should have ordered by new Bed from John Lewis like i have previously done without any hassle at all.

Probably best customer service I’ve ever had. Changed delivery date three times via link, couldn’t be easier; was kept informed of delivery via email text and call, couldn’t ask for more. Excellent.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful in the shop. The staff were very knowledgeable about the different types of beds/mattresses.

Quick turnaround from ordering to delivering. Good sofa bed and just what we needed. Great customer service from Hossy & Gav who delivered it.

The shop staff where very helpful with no pressure to purchase. Waiting for delivery, I was given just the right amount off information about Benson's. The day of delivery. The tracking was very helpful to see where the lorry was located. The delivery people where very helpful, polite and tidy.

I waited a while for my bed to arrive and unfortunately it was damaged. Initially customer service was helpful and arranged for a new on to be delivered aprox 10 day's later. When it came the driver wouldn't build it as he said he hadn't been allocated the time. I'd also already paid £90 for this. They took the bed away and said they would return when they had the time allocated. subsequently I have to wait 12 weeks for another one. When I tried contacting Bensons, qsuspiciously the recorded message said the office was closed, I tried this several times. I'm so disappointed I have to wait so long again and that the original replacement wasn't saved for me.
