Our experience in your Basingstoke store was exemplary. The team there, were very friendly and helpful as well as knowing their products well. I often feel uncomfortable in stores and do not enjoy the experience feeling anxious, but, this occasion was completely different and very refreshing to have asked assistants that listened and advised in a way that enabled me to feel comfortable and at ease, able to make a decision I was happy with and didn't feel pressurised into it. Easy to order no issues good to deal with

Visited the Stevenage Store to search for a new mattress. Very helpful salesperson introduced herself and offered to help us and give advice. Georgia was knowledgeable and as a result we purchased our new mattress.

We had a problem with our previous bed purchase after 6 years of ownership which started to sag & become uncomfortable. From the first contact in the showroom in Farnborough regarding this problem the process has been seamless, easy and cordial. Email communication has been excellent, efficient and quick. The settlement was quick and full with arrangement of replacement easily completed. Excellent service, cannot be faulted.

They were very helpful

Before order they give me delivery date 3rd April, during order gave me 7th April2025 when i pay the total amount they gave me 23rd April This is not fair Please if anyone can help me to solve my problem and deliver the beds as before order or at least during the order 7th April please.

No one bothered us and we could take our time to make a decision. We had help when we needed it.
