We were very disappointed by the high delivery charges as Dreams offers free delivery . I ended up paying the delivery fee twice as they couldn’t fit the first mattress up our stairs . This was not their fault as I should have aired on the side of caution and ordered a zip and link mattress to start with.

Went in to replace our old mattress. Tamarrah was very helpful and gave us great advice before we made our decision on what to get.

The guys were friendly and i was greeted with a smile. Also they did not put too much pressure on me to buy but advised me on what i needed.

Family used bensons in past been brilliant (burnley branch) which has been closed down so went to the bury branch the advisor said she would look after me after checking the history of orders, ending up spending over 3.4k finding out could get it cheaper online also needed the order by first week of may was told order was going to be delivered in 14 days then found out a day after it was always on delay till 14 july was not happy at all wasted 2 days on calls to get this sorted out ended up cancelling the order what a load of time waste would not recommend

Bensons had just the sofa bed that we were looking for and the salesman was very helpful in explaining the difference between the ones on store. After we had chosen the one we wanted we were amazed to be told delivery would be within a week. What excellent service.

Delivery was quick and the assembly of my bed was done quickly and efficiently and all the rubbish removed. Both Benson personnel were polite the efficient.
