We firstly went to Warrington store and although they were extremely helpful, they didn't have the bed we wanted see. However he explained the difference between the mattresses, very useful. After checking, told us Chester did have one we could look at. Chester was again extremely helpful when asked about the bed. Thanks to his expert advice we decided to purchase a different bed which suited our needs better. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds because their prices are very competitive and staff knowledgeable about their products without being pushy

I ordered a new mattress online the experience was so easy and straight forward. I was kept informed and updated on delivery from the moment I placed the order. The delivery men were the best! Respected my home by wearing over shoes, they took the mattress upstairs unwrapped it , all I had to do do was make it, absolutely perfect service.

Mohammed was helpful and informative and gave me space and time to browse.

Absolute shambles! Never call you back when they say they will, our mattress went missing rescheduled for 10 days later only to get cancelled 2 days before and so 14 days sleeping on the floor, no one calls back, no apologies, no good will, very temped to send the bed back, 4k this bed cost!! Avoid this company!

The advisor was patient, knowledgeable and helpful and gave us plenty of space and time to decide which mattress would suit us best.

I came in looking for a mattress and was greeted immediately by a helpful staff member who listened to what I wanted and guided me through all the options. With her help I found the perfect thing and am only sorry it doesn't arrive sooner!
