easy, quick , delivery of bed. the delivery workers were lovely, helpful , excellent customer care !

The plastic cover the mattress was in was clearly dirty. There was a mark on the mattress. The mattress protector I purchased, the bag it was in, the handle was torn off. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the delivery of my mattress and how my items were received. Totally disappointing and a shame, as my experience purchasing the mattress was very good. The delivery men were unfriendly and unprofessional.

My husband asked me to pick up a mattress from our local Bensons. He had looked online and picked a mattress. I paid in store and brought it home when my husband noticed I had paid an additional £100.Apparently this is because the price online is not the same price in store. The mattress was a roll up so we could take it away. We also have photos of the price in store, and I still paid £100 more . Customer service no help

All the staff were really friendly in store but Andy was the one who helped us make our purchase and he was excellent from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. This is our 3rd bed from bensons and the experience has been brilliant every time. Thank you everyone especially Andy.

The guy who served us was amazing—great people skills and helped us find excellent deals. We ended up spending less than we expected! There should be more employees like him. However, my experience quickly changed when I went to pick up one of the TV beds. A lady opened the back gate, and I mentioned that her colleague had told me he would assist in loading the items onto my SUV’s roof rack. Her response was, "This is why we tell people to come with two people. He’s busy with a customer." I was shocked. Before I paid, everyone was polite, but after, I was treated completely differently. I was left waiting at the back door for over 30 minutes. When I finally went inside, I saw her sitting at the desk, laughing with another employee. In the end, I had to load everything myself, using a bin as a ladder. Because of that one person’s attitude, I will never spend another penny at this branch. Instead, I took my £4,000 and purchased a bed from Dreams. Customer service matters, and I definitely won’t be recommending this store to anyone

Absolutely superb from start to finish. Called into the shop Saturday 11:00 picked the mattress. Delivered and on the bed Sunday 10:00. Fantastic. Brilliant team there and my sincere thanks. Wonderful !!!

I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled in this case. The service from Bensons for Beds has been incredibly disappointing. From delays in delivery with little to no communication, dirty pillows agreed to replace then didnt and now wont. Poor customer service when trying to get answers, the entire process has been stressful. The quality of the bed was also underwhelming considering the price paid. I expected far better from a national retailer. I won’t be using them again.
