I ordered a coffee table on line for a Christmas present for my wife, when the item was dispatched the carrier advised the leg was broken and recommended I refused the delivery and to speak to Ercol for a replacement. I spoke to Ercol and they advised that it was now discontinued and they couldn’t assist, I was quite disappointed with how unhelpful they were. As of writing I am currently still awaiting a credit.

The Ercol table is lovely. Buying on line was simple. Delivery was a disaster. Ercol were badly let down by their delivery company of choice. Communication was automated and seemed efficient but delivery failed on two occasions causing great inconvenience. Credit to Ercol for eventually sorting it out and waiving the delivery costs.

It was delivered within 2 weeks in time for a family reunion.

As a loyal Ercol customer, with several pieces of Ercol furniture in my home, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Ercol Bellaria Left Hand Facing Chaise Sofa I recently purchased. Within a short period of use, the chaise seat cushion has developed two deep dips that do not bounce back, leaving the surface sagging and uneven. These flaws are highly visible, unsightly, and entirely unacceptable for a product at this price point. I have been trying to contact the customer service team since 14 November but have received no response. This is deeply frustrating.

Great quality furniture, beautifully designed. It may seem more expensive but quality lasts longer. Delighted
