During a house move some fittings on our ercol bed got broken/damaged. I contacted ercol customer services and was told they do not sell parts but would I confirm model of bed and parts required. This I did and the next email from them said they were sending the parts to me as a gesture of good will. Rarely is an issue resolved so quickly and efficiently. Well done ercol.

The Ercol furniture is beautiful and I am happy with it but the delivery team was not professional. I had to remind them of the premium delivery I had paid for because they were keen to leave as fast as possible and I have subsequently found that I have damage to my front door frame.

Waited 7 weeks for delivery of wardrobe from outlet. When it arrived the box was in bad condition, once opened realised that it was badly damaged. Hardly surprising as I’ve seen more packaging on a book, just a couple of thin foam sheets for legs. Two legs were broken off where it had been dropped. Phoned Ercol who advised to email the outlet with photos. I did that but have not heard back from anyone and there is no phone number for the outlet? We have a small house now blocked with two massive boxes. I just want a refund and will never order from Ercol again. It appears they are now cutting corners with delivery and packaging as our replica wardrobe ordered 2 years ago was superbly packaged with a pallet protecting the furniture and had no damage at all.

The customer service at Ercol is exceptional! Contacted them as I needed a set of fixings for our family heirloom Ercol table. Using my photos they were able to quickly identify the table and sent me the necessary fixings. Outstanding service! Well done Jovan! 😀

I ordered the stacking chair in black and the butterfly chair. I am especially impressed with the butterfly chair. While the stacking chair is the perfect size that I was after, the quality of the joinery on the butterfly chair is more elegant.

Delivery of my sofa was excellent. I was kept informed re timing and everything went to plan. Sofa is exactly as advertised and meets my high expectations. I will definitely buy more furniture from Errol based on this experience. Perfect!

My purchase from the Ercol Outlet developed into a bit of a saga when the appointed couriers lost half the order. Unable to resolve the matter with the couriers, who would not provide any updates or return calls, I contacted Ercol customer services. The problem was not of Ercols making but the team there moved quickly to resolve the matter and despite some changing circumstances along the way, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. At the end of the day, I am delighted with the sofa and thankful to all at customer service. Five stars to them for putting right, the shortcomings of others. I have since made another purchase from the outlet and have no reservations about recommending to others.

The side tables are beautifully made. The edges are chamfered and the design details are what makes the difference. Very well packed indeed. We love them !

Excellent service and a beautifully designed unit in solid wood. In every respect it meets Eircols high standards. My only concern is an environmental one. It seems to have been made in China and shipped to Europe. No doubt, Eircol will correct me if I am in error.

Exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Always wanted a Chairmakers chair and thus was bought through the outlet brand new and at a great discounted price. Delivered as scheduled. Packaging was substantial and unfortunately not taken away by delivery service- there was a lot of strong cardboard to cut down for recycling.

I ordered a large ercol reclining sofa and two chairs from the ercol outlet. The items were ex display but were as good as new ( 5 star) and very good value for money. I would definitely buy from the ercol outlet again. The goods were delivered by a third party within two weeks of ordering but unfortunately delivery was not a 5 star experience. The delivery team rang half an hour before they arrived to tell me they would be delivering but could not assemble the furniture as they were supposed too. When they arrived they said they could not assemble as head office had not put any tools in the van! They suggested ringing head office, this proved to be very difficult as they did not answer the phone so eventually the driver contacted them. Head office said they could assemble if I could lend the delivery team some tools such as screwdrivers etc, which I did. The two delivery men did a very good job getting the furniture inside the house given the size and weight.When they eventually got the furniture inside it turned out that no tools were actually required as the sofa slotted together and only needed two strong men to do this.

Really fab item and customer service

First online purchase via factory outlet. Sofa and chair delivered via independent company. Very well wrapped to protect them in transit. Van didn't park directly outside and the guys seemed to struggle, so they decided to remove some of contents in the road and needed assistance. The furniture quality is exactly what I had expected from Ercol and I am happy with choice. Would purchase again with a different delivery experience.

Very comfortable and sturdy saddle stool which looks good. It was well packaged but the flat rate £20 charge for delivery seemed excessive, when you pay the same delivery charge for an arm chair.

The whole process was seamless from ordering to delivery ( much earlier than we could have hoped for … and very carefully wrapped ). Our purchase was from the outlet , ex display …. The condition was first class .
