When our toaster broke Swan Brand were very quick to respond and replace. Holly was efficient, helpful - excellent customer service all round.

I had a very small rubber foot missing from my lovely new air fryer. I contacted Swan today and their very efficient customer service assistant, Chioma, helped me immediately and a replacement rubber foot is on the way. I wish all Customer Service departments were like this. Thank you Chioma for helping me.

The Swan kettle I purchased from eBay was faulty. Having contacted customer services I was impressed by their assistance. I am now looking forward to receiving a replacement. The fact that the faulty item is not required to be returned to Swan is also a helpful measure.

I received an incorrect item with my order. Contacted swan and had a reply on the same day from Courtney. I sent photographic evidence and with no further question Courtney arranged for the correct item to be shipped the same day. Also did not need to return the incorrect item due to the inconvenience caused. Couldn’t have asked for a quicker and better response from Swan and Courtney. I have never had an issue contacted customer support and they have always gone above and beyond to help or fix any problems. Thank you

Amazingly quick responses, 8 reported a faulty kettle, and after a couple of requested pictures and details I have a replacement due in 3days! Really friendly and helpful.

What can i say about the aftersales. After purchasing a Fridge for my Sister In Law on Very in August last year order number 6635 3583 1023. She had an issue with her Swan American Fridge Freezer after four months of buying with the fridge constantly beeping. After two months of failed and cancelled visits from engineers, lack of communication, unprofessional customer service representatives, we are no further forward and in March. This used to be a trusted brand, no longer, diabolical service and will never purchase a Swan or affiliated brand ever again. Avoid like the plague. Disgusting service. The warranty is a joke and my sister in law still has a broken fridge. Matt Shaughnessy.

I had to replace a microwave a recently bought due to unfortunate circumstance this task I would of found differcult to do. However a representative from swan took over for me and now await my replacement microwave.I would like to thank Hollie for her excellent service💯

Well had an airfrier failure 6 months ago 18mths into warrenty swan gladly replaced with short delay . This month thr replacement failed 10 days before original 2yr warrenty was up contacted customer services and was helped again with this matter by a representative by the name of Clare , was kept updated and in a timely manner via emails and confirmed that a replacement will be dispatched . Thank you clare !

We had a fault on our dehumidifier which we purchased in December 2023 and we contacted customer services. The service we received from Diane & Tracy was exceptional and our issue was dealt with very promptly. Within a few hours, a replacement dehumidifier was arranged to be delivered to us. Thank you for your swift, efficient assistance in this matter

I am.only doing this as a lovely member of your team picked up the email tread after it was ignored for 3 weeks by Chioma after i said i was putting a complaint in regarding her and asking me to pay for the wrong items she made so many misakes . But today my email was replyed to by tracey prompt friendly and sorted my issue straight away. Two totally different styles of customer service. Tgank you tracey these 5 starts are for you

My crossover wasn’t working properly, I emailed customer support and fairly quickly I got a reply with Holly telling how to reset it, crossover is now fully operational again and I’m just delighted - thank you

Although we had difficulty sending photos, we did eventually get Swan what they required to sort out the issue with our microwave. There was no quibble about a replacement under warranty and we are now waiting for our new one to arrive. Really good customer service.
