Although you had discontinued the item I wanted, Retro Bread Bin in Orange, Holly was very quick to come back to me, and suggested 3 other places I may find it, sadly no luck, but it was really kind of her.

I spoke to Chioma via telephone and then subsequently via email. She was friendly, efficient and quick to respond. I am disappointed to have to receive a replacement coffee machine after it broke, however the customer service was brilliant. Thank you Chioma.

We have had a couple of issues with our heritage line of kettle and microwave. Whilst a bit of an inconvenience, the customer service team are so quick at responding and are lovely to speak to. Both times we had an issue, it was resolved very quickly by knowledgeable people. Thank you guys.

Unfortunately, I had to return a couple of items recently but was extremely impressed by the Customer Services Team. The process was smooth from start to finish and everyone I contacted was friendly and helpful. Excellent service, well done!

Disappointed I ordered next day delivery and Evri have just emailed to say they have recieved my order and will let me know when my order is out for delivery. Obviously not today ! I would assume an order placed on the 18th would be delivered on 19th?

I bought a Swan travel kettle from Ebay. It arrived new in a box but it would not switch off. I had to wait until the water in the kettle boiled and then it switched itself off. I complained and the seller told me that it was supposed to do that. He didn't understand that the kettle should have an on/off switch. On ebay his advert sayd "No returns" which was a reason why I bought it believing he had tested the product. Howevr I received return labels for postage. I am old and live miles away from the Post Office. I complained to Swan as I am a lifelong customer and received an immediate reply saying "nothing to with us from Chomia"

I love my all in one crossover floor cleaner…recommend it, it’s a life changer keeping floor clean especially living with 2 spaniels.. I also recently needed to replace a part that I had damaged myself when cleaning it…I contacted SWAN and they sent me a complimentary part (how fabulous is that!) So highly recommend both the product and company…
