United Kingdom | 29 April 2025Moved our 7 mobile phones over a week ago and today had our first problem with a phone the screen kept going off. We tried to contact the customer service but kept talking to people in the Philippines after a number of phone calls we were told to take the i phone 16 to your local apple shop , it was a week old and they just washed there hands of us. Please be careful when dealing with this company they don't want to know once you have signed the contract . Such a poor company. Never again.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2025Send out high phone bills. November last year I advised them ide lost the phone and sim card and still waiting for a new sim card but being charged for 2 mobiles. Said they'd buy you out your contract but over £1000 I had to pay to be out of it. Leaving Vodafone a bad review aswell. As its there names on my bill! £300 plus a month is disgusting. I've spoken to outside agencys who are gathering more information on this company on how they miss treat people. As im not the only 1 who's been mistreated and given false information too. I've asked for my calls recorded but nothing came yet. That was over a year ago. All a bunch of words I can't type on here! They also seem to target small business. Fill you with nothing but lies

United Kingdom | 22 April 2025My experience with Ice-Comms, head office at 4 Oak Street, Crewe, Cheshire, CW2 7BX has been profoundly disappointing, falling significantly short of the promises made within our contract signed on January 2025. Not only have they failed to deliver on key service commitments, but the imposition of undisclosed "hidden costs" has further compounded my dissatisfaction. The agreed-upon Specific Contract Commitment e.g., guaranteed cost of £11 per month has consistently failed to materialize. Performance has been erratic, with frequent outages and speeds considerably below the contracted level. This unreliability has directly impacted rescheduling of virtual meetings and my staff ability to work from our office, etc. Despite repeated attempts to address this issue with their customer support team, the problems persist, indicating a fundamental inability to meet their contractual obligations. Furthermore, I have been dismayed by the appearance of unexpected charges on my invoices that were not disclosed during the contract negotiation. These "hidden costs," such as the contract taken in January 2025, discount not yet applied in April 2025, add a layer of financial frustration to an already inadequate service. The lack of transparency surrounding these charges is unacceptable and undermines any trust in their billing practices. In conclusion, Ice-Comms has demonstrated a clear disregard for the terms of our agreement and has engaged in questionable billing practices. The combination of undelivered services and unexpected costs makes their offering not only unsatisfactory but also potentially detrimental to any individual or business relying on reliable and transparent telecommunications. I would strongly advise potential business (and Individuals) customers to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly scrutinize all aspects of their contracts and potential hidden fees before engaging with this provider.

United Kingdom | 21 April 2025Part of the package was that they would pay for a buyout of the contract we were in with EE and change us to Vodafone. It seemed a good deal for switching all of the companies mobiles across. The buy out was £1400 + VAT they have paid only half the amount and when I complain to the customer service agent he says he is sorry but he cant help and its seems we will have to wait, imagine me saying that to EE!! Vodafone send the full invoice amount which you have to pay and wait for the credit from Ice (far to complicated) I'm sure they will say this is in terms and conditioned but it definitely wasn't sold like this on the telephone calls / quotes. Poor service and numerous of ignored emails and call s ignored. Stay away from Ice you have been WARNED.
