Ireland | 20 March 2025The company support was excellent. I had a big problem in getting my charger connecting to my sky Wi-Fi. Sky sent me a booster that didn't solve the issue. I made contact with Hypervolt and we went through the process of connection but didn't solve the issue. Patience was required! Hypervolt sent to me a booster device and without any further issues the charger made the connection. Thank you Nancy for your help

Jay from Hypervolt was critical in getting it sorted for me by contacting the previous owner and getting permission for Hypervolt to disconnect the unit so I could adopt it. I’m in Australia and Jay at Hypervolt is in the UK so the service was amazing considering the time difference involved. I highly recommend Hypervolt and their fantastic aftermarket support even though I didn’t originally purchase the unit. Thank you Hypervolt.

I was trying to connect to it via the Octopus app and was having problems in that it wouldn’t accept my password. I dealt with Nancy who was amazing; took ownership of the issue; got it resolved and kept updating me even on her day off. Brilliant customer service and I’m delighted with the charger, it’s much better than my old one.

The equipment itself looks neat and tidy and has some cool features ie being able to change the lights and the app seems very easy to use.

United Kingdom | 16 March 2025Charger reported as not working on Friday 9am having followed all troubleshooting instructions more than 4 times. Told to try troubleshooting again before issue escalated despite making it clear there was nothing else left to troubleshoot. Eventually escalated but no commitment to a timescale as to when a technician can visit. Chased 4 times since and 48hours later still no response or any idea when a technician will fix the issue. Paid £33 for public charging so far. Unacceptable customer service.
