Great piece of kit. Looks great and works perfectly. Really nice seeing the option of changing theme with lights. Would be that little bit better of you could customise your own theme tho e.g set between 1 to several colours and between solid to flashing. Thanks Hypervolt, worth every penny

Its the best looking charger on the market, I just had mine installed independently but working with Stefan Vitto he made it an absolute breeze. The charger was delivered in around 3 days, he walked me through steps to finding an installer and make this transition to EV very easy. The charger I went for was a 10m version which is plenty and the app is so easy to use gives me clear analytics and simple clean interface.

Had a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro installed recently, I had a issue connecting it to my OVO energy supply account to take the benefit of smart charging at the cheapest rate, the Hypervolt team were super responsive replying back to me within an hour at the end of play on a Friday and resolving my issue really quickly. Quick installation, took less than expected, price is fair and much less than I was quoted by 3rd party electricians. Didn't had to worry about anything as a client with these guys. Just paid the bill and they took care of everything, even showed us the app and gave a few pointers about the charger. Strongly recommend the service.

I have recently bought a Hypervolt car charging unit as I am now an EV owner. From the very start of the purchasing, through to setting up and a couple of support needs, the staff have been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they will go 'out of their way' to help you. By this I mean, if the person you are talking to (some are working from home) is not sure of the answer, they will find out while you wait on the phone and in my experience, the answer has always been correct. I was influenced to buy from Hypervolt because it was one of only two suppliers my electricity supply company would accept. I had my own electrician fit it. I am very pleased indeed and have no hesitation in recommending Hypervolt.

Purchased the HomePro 3 due to link with Octopus Energy and good reviews. Arrived within a week and had it installed by my own electrician with dedicated RCD in meter box. No issues and all working fine although I had a few issues with getting the app to show the usage and cost for each charging session. Finally got it to work after uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting the charger at the RCD. Very stiff to get the plug in and out of the wall socket initially but seems to be easing off slightly as it’s been used more.

After being let down and greatly inconvenience by a well know Charger manufacturer and installer.I did my own research and discovered Hypervolt Home Pro charger. It's everything you require of a charger, effective, simple, excellent quality with excellent back up from Hypervolt. Sought the services of a local electrician with EV charger experience, who advised the Hypervolt Home Pro are the best chargers they install ease if installation, great quality and give them no problems or recalls. He advised some are so bad they refuse to install them

Bought directly from Hypervolt (slightly dearer than some online prices but wanted direct line if any issues). Installed separately by my trusted electrician (not that I don't trust Hypervolt :) Good piece of kit and recommended by Octopus as a compatible charger when on Intelligent Octopus Go tariff. Slight delay on delivery so order in good time but very helpful when rang them.

HyperVolt Home 3.0 Pro Installed 2 months ago to charge my Tesla Model 3 SR+. I have a 5.99Kwh solar/ array & a 8.4KwH battery pack by ProjectSolar installed a year earlier. So I needed to insure I choose an EV charger with solar AND battery support. Hypervolt has 2 Current transformers (CT) clamps. One for solar and the other to see the battery. However, for my solar/battery set up it is NOT essential to use the 2nd CT clamp. After initial installation and app setup it didn’t work. Called customer support at 1720hrs on the day of installation and went straight to a customer support worker and they got me through the app setup and made sure it was working. I would like to say that it was smooth sailing after that. However I had a number of issues with the charger recognising my solar integration and battery balancing and this is where HyperVolt really shines. UK Customer service can be contacted 8-8 Monday - Friday and 8-6 at the weekends either via telephone or whatsapp and email, which I have utilised a number of times. Each time I have found them to answer promptly (I did wait upto 30mins on Whatsapp one time) and did their best to resolve the issue. Talking to them was simply the best and very straightforward. They can log into my HyperVolt charger and they can diagnose the issue. Some people may view this as an intrusion, but honestly I felt that this was the most convenient and accurate way to ensure no miscommunication occurred. Admittedly it did take several attempts to resolve the issue with my solar/battery integration (changed the direction of the CT polarity. It was installed correctly) and admittedly I never had a loss of service which might have changed my view of this company. All in all I have been extremely satisfied with my experience with the charger and this company. Moving forward I would love to see a way of ensuring that you can charge the car to a certain percentage by a certain time in the day using a mixture of solar/mains with a majority of the charge from solar. Great communications from Stefano at Hypervolt and our local installation team who explained everything and arranged some necessary pre-installation electrical work. The installers left the place clean and tidy and helped set up the app. The charger has worked faultlessly since. Would thoroughly recommend Hypervolt.

The install went to plan and pleased but a few weeks later it’s hanging off the wall as a screw bolt is missing. No one answered my phone call originally but it was late afternoon but I received an email and a phone call later from Hypervolt who did their best to sort out a problem from the installation. It took two weeks and a few days to sort as nobody was in the immediate area. The original installer revisted without actually being able to do anything as he did not have the missing bolt/screw. So a waste of both our times. When Hypervolt contacted me soon after and I confirmed this they immediately contacted another electrical contractor who came round 2-3 later and fixed the charger. I wish to make clear the Hypervolt charger is exactly what I expected and wanted but let down by the installation. These things happen but I paid for a highly rated install firm and expect a premium service who should of done better. An install on the 25th March took till 8th April to be properly completed by another company. I could have had a local electrician install the charger but went for a premium install more expensive but better if anything going wrong I thought so certainly food for thought.

So far so good! Good piece of kit, really helped me get an installer quick, and when I had a little question they picked up quickly and helped solve. I'm only 5 days into owning it but so far so good!

Installed quickly, but a lovely local installer. A slightly more complex setup, but the chaps cracked it and left the place neat and tidy, with the install being similarly neat and efficient. Getting on well with the system, and delivering exactly what I hoped for from it. Purchasing was quick and easy (especially as I wanted the mid-length cable, not available elsewhere) and Hypervolt clearly care about their customers as their engagement and connection from first question through writing this review has been first rate. Awesome stuff!
